BRIEF NARRATION OF FACTS:

On April 24, 2017 at 7:10 in the morning ELISHA M. MANAYAG, of Pilar

Street Manuguit Tondo Manila was walking on Tecson Street Blumentritt Manila
going to her office when a man that he doesn’t know came near her and put his
arm across to her shoulder. She thought that he was a friend who’s wearing
formal attire. When suddenly he pointed a sharp object and asked for her two
bags. Because of fear she did not think more and with no hesitation she gives
her two bags to the man. That the man instructed her to walk straight and don’t
look back to any one because he will already leave the place. After that incident
Ms. ELISHA M. MANAYAG already ride a tricycle going home at around 7:15am
of April 24, 2017 Monday

DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION:

In this instant case it is still under investigation because she cannot pinpoint or
describe the suspects identity/ties,
