4. York, Carlos y Joel: ¿Qué mensaje les darían Uds. a nuestros jóvenes de
la actualidad?
Have you heard about the German breakfast? This may be an option. This
note is dedicated to those who call themselves "cheleros", for those who
think they know everything about beer, but their palates have not gone
from blondes and brunettes, to them we present a gourmet proposal
called "Aclla craft beer" from the hand of three young businessmen. They
will offer us the new flavors of Peruvian beer.
1. York. Tell us a bit about your story: How did you start your business?
Good afternoon Mercy, thank you very much for the invitation to your
program and the ATV Channel. Carlos, Joel and I, we are friends from
school and we were also in college. In 2009, when we were finishing
college and tired of industrial beers, we got together and thought to
make our own 'chela' for consumption. So, we went online, we looked
for recipes, we followed the steps and that's how it all started ". "We did
not have any notion of business, so we went to Carlos' garage in
Campo Polo and made 4 liters. When we drank it, it tasted like glory. It
was the first beer we made. I remember that the tutorial with which we
learned how to make the chela said: 'If it looks like beer, it tastes like
beer and looks like beer ... then it's beer!' And we drank it very happy.
The truth Mercy, the success of our business was the 'friendship' and
divide the functions, sharing similar values and similar approaches and
helping us not to turn the issue of money, whether investment or profits,
into the main topic of discussions as entrepreneurs. They tell us the
monster with three heads, because each one is very clear about where
he is going, from production and logistics, to purchases.
3. And finally Joel. Tell us: Why is the name of your beer called Aclla?
Okay. Mercy, the name of the beer is the product of a course that York
and I took at the university on the history of beer, where we found
something that caught our attention: "Las Acllas", a group of virgin
women of the Inca Empire They made beer, and that's how our craft
beer based on water, barley malt, hops and yeast was born.
4. York, Carlos and Joel: What message would you give to our young
people today?
