Hello readers my name is Kenny Chong im 17 years old this year and i was born in Jakarta 19 April

2002.now im study in Bruderan Senior High School Purwokerto in the 11th Grade. I want to tell you
about my pre- Study Tour experience. First let me bring you to January 2019, Bu Desi and Pak Tri do an
big meeting with all 11th grade students. Bu Desy and Pak Tri ask us a question the question is “shall we
do an Study Tour this year?” and some student say yes and some student say no,and Bu Desy do an vote
to make sure this,and the result is 60 Students say yes and 20 Students say no,and the result is we will
do an Study Tour.

After make sure about study tour Bu Desi and Pak Tri give an Destination option such as
Bali,Yogyakarta,Malang,and Surabaya and they do an vote again finally the most chosen destination is
Bali after this meeting Bu Desi and Pak Tri choose some students and make an commitee for study
tour.and i was one of the commitee.

Our first job is face the headmaster to request a Study tour with our data about how many student who
want to join this program, because our headmaster have a program for 11th grade the program is Live in
before,finally our headmaster accept this program but school will not intevence this program.

After we got confirmed about study tour we do an internal meeting to talk about study tour,for
instance,when will we go,which agent will be choose,how many days we will stay in Bali,the hotel,and
Transportation.we finished the meeting after a week and the result is we will use Kawanku Tour
Purwokerto,we will go in 13 March 2019,we will stay in Bali for 3 Days,and we choose the Rivavi Hotel
and we choose Train and bus for ride.we make a announcement to about the Price to the all 11th grade
and we`ll help student who can`t pay fully,we have solution for this.they can pay the money to ms anggi
after pay they will choose the bus seat and how many seat u will pay for train.and we have a data about
student who can’t pay fully there is 13 Student and we think hard and give an solution to pay this and
we start to find a money.we give an proposal we ask our parents and finally we got the money and
everything has ready.

Before we go to bali i decided to visit my father in Jakarta i go to Jakarta a week before the study tour
will be held. In Jakarta i borrow my father suitcase and buy an Gimbal for me to make an video when in
Bali. Before i go back to Purwokerto i meet up with my old friend there is Ardo,Kitsin,Echa and the
others. After that i go back to my apartment and packing my belongings for example
clothes,pants,camera,gimbal,and etc and my father take me to the Train station and say goodbye and
finally i take the train ride for an 5 hour and i have unforgotten moment in this train ride when i arrived
in Purwokerto i leave my laptop in the train, im so Panic and i go to the information and they say i
should wait the train cameback to the station and take back my laptop that was an unforgotten moment
in my life.then i go back to my boarding house to pack again my belongings, e.g.,
camera,tripod,suits,school uniform,and etc.after finished to packing i go to sleep and wake up in 04.30
Am and take a shower.after all ready i pray to god to give us protection and safety after all ready i order
an go car and arrived in train station at 05.10 Am. We are the commitee very doubt because our friend
Rina didn`t ready yet in the station. We try to contact him and there is no result,she`s not avaible to call
and this 05.25 am the announcer has announced our train will departure in 5 minute so we are not any
option we shall to leave rina and boarding to the train.that was very confusing us and rina friends such
as carel,ola,misi,and sasa sad because we leave rina and they still try to contact Rina and finally Rina
answer the message she said she was late to wake up but our train has depart from Purwokerto 30
minutes ago.Pak tri give an advice to Rina to take another train ride to Probolinggo and finally We can
meet together in Probolinggo station. I think that is an unforgotten and funny moments.okay that is my
