All Rooms Emulsion on Roof and Walls + Oil Paint in Kitchen = 20,000 Rs for Labour + Material

All Doors and Windows Oil Paint = 5,000 Rs (Labour + Material) Includes one coat of Polish on Main Door

All the Wardrobes interior painting = 5,000 Rs (Labour + Material)

Quote for Carpentry - Will share the expedniture by monday as no carpenter was available todays

Cleaning around the building and kitchen area and switches costs = 1000 /- Labour + Materials

The painting and cleaning cost would be bared by us on a condition that there would be no deduction from the
Lessor to the Lessee at the time of vacating the premises and the entire Advance deposit money is returned.

to be painted.
I will paint it whereever required
14 Main Gate Rusted and damaged at 3 points nad needs painting.
I will paint at my cost
