1. NO COMMUNICATION FAULT
1. Check the inverter SMPS voltage (G10), (If it is less than 25.5V please increase)
2. Check the buffer (G12.1, G12.2, G12.3) (properly charging, and discharging or not, during the
contactor pickup)
3. Go to 16.3 parameter in ID2 and put pass code 2303 then do the following
4. If above said is okay, then check the 211.3, 211.6, 211.7 parameters
1. 211.3 - should be 7.5s, if it is not, please increase that
2. 211.6 and 211.7 – should be 2.5s if it is not, please increase that.
2. DI1 FAULT
1. Check the K16 relay, enable or not (if it is not enable, check the relay supply ( ac 230 V)
2. If supply is not getting there, Check the X51 MCB 3 to 9 point, that should be in continuity
3. Check the F13, F14 MCB on condition or not.
5. DI4 FAUlT
1. Check the DC INCOMMING voltage at bus bar side in ISOLATOR OFF and ON condition.
8. NET LOST
1. Switch off all MCB, AC AND DC. after 5 minutes Turn ON again.
17.Ext DI 3-FAULT
1.Check the Surge arrester in DC side & Control circuit(F52)
18.Ext DI 4-FAULT
1.Check DC field +ve to -ve floating voltage.
2. Check all the 315Amps fuses at DC bus bar section and its continuity
REDUCED RUN PROCEDURE (Cubical bypass)
GROUNDING Bypass
1. 25 PARAMETER in ID 1, make it OFF from Auto or ON
2. Or latch the relay K21
