of this law? Empowering women is very necessary to bring
gender equality. Our country is being dominated by men.
Some do not know that women can do what the men know,
so my dear friends, we can say that gender equality is very
necessary to empower women.

Touch and Care

Once, there was a child who taught
That real thinkers beliefs were rare
Why is air unseen?
Yet one can smell and feel the brezzy air.
Though he's young, he's bold and brave
His mind zoomed high and afar
With mom, dad, and brother dear
All of them helped cast away his fear.
Love one another and let them realize
For life is short and comes to an end
So feel the touch and loving care
And may God be the divine witness!

A Good Boy

I walk up before morning,

I was happy all the day,
I never said an ugly word,
But smiled and stuck to play.

And now at last the sun is

Going down behind the wood,
And I am very happy,
For I know that I've been good.

The Roar of Thunder

Echoing till night in the absence of the sun
Peace? How? Mock me not! I maybe withered
or old,
Yet blind I am not to this world so cold.
Yes, I was there! When Hiroshima and Nagasaki
were reduced to ashes,
When Kennedy was killed amidst the masses.
When…. tis not necessary for you to know!
The sins of the world, the hatred it sows.
Development …. Technology…bah! Useless in a
sense,
For you to use it to destroy! Defense! Offense!
Yes , old am I,I who was predestined by the
Creator
To house and shelter you! Can you ask for
more?

I WAS BORN TODAY
By Amado Nervo
Every day that dawns, you must say to yourself,
I was born today!
The world is new to me.
This light that I behold
Strikes my unclouded eyes for the first time;
The rain that scatters its crystal drops
Is my big day!
Then let us live a pure life,
A shining life!
Already, yesterday is lost. Was it bad?
Was it beautiful? ... Let it be forgotten.
And of that yesterday let there remain only the
essence,
The precious gold of what I loved and suffered
As I walked along the road…Today, every
moment shall bring feelings of well-being and
cheer,
And the reason for my existence,
My most urgent resolve,
Will be to spread happiness all over the world,
To pour the wine of goodness into the eager
mouths around me…
