Inspection and testing Personnel

1- The manufacturer shall have at his disposal sufficient

and competent for planning, performing and
supervising the inspection and testing of the welding
production according to specified requirements.

2- The nondestructive testing personnel shall be

qualified. For visual testing, qualification test may
not be required. When a qualification test is not
required competence shall be verified by
manufacturer.
