CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a bona fide student of the University duly certified by the
Certificate of Enrollment released by their respective campus registrar;
2. Must be a third year for a four-year course, fourth year for a five-year
course or fifth year for a six-year course;
3. Must have at least two (2) years of residency in the University;
4. Should be carrying a normal load (no failing grade, no incomplete
grades, and no dropped subjects);
5. Must possess a general weighted average of at least 85%. Certification
of grades shall be issued and duly signed by the registrar to be
submitted to the Electoral Board for further evaluation;
6. Must have held any key position in the College, Campus or University
Student Council for at least two (2) years.
7. Must be of good moral character as attested to in certification issued
by the Guidance Counselor from the University unit.

1. Same qualifications as the President.

1. Must be a bona fide student of the University and must carry a normal
load. The Registrar’s Office shall provide certification from the
University unit;
2. Must not have any failing grade, incomplete grades and no dropped
subjects.
3. He must possess a general weighted average of at least 85%.

4. Must be of good moral character as certified by the Guidance
Counselor from the University unit; and
5. Must have held a key position for at least one (1) year.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Duly accomplished application form with 2x2 ID picture.
2. Photocopy of Registration Form
3. Endorsement letter duly signed by the College Dean
4. Certification from the adviser of the organization in which he/she had
served for at least a year
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the guidance
counselor
6. Certification of grades for the duration of his stay in the university

NOTE: All requirements must be enclosed in a brown envelope.

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT…

1. the applicants for candidacy must personally submit a duly signed
application form given by the Campus Electoral Board.
2. the applicants should submit a COMPLETE SET of the requirements and
placed in brown envelope and must be submitted to the office of the
Campus Electoral Board or to the Chairman of the Campus Electoral
Board on April 23-26, 2018. Deadline of submission will be on April 26,
2019 5:00 PM. All application not submitted within the period set by the
Campus Electoral Board shall not be accepted.
3. filing of candidacy other than the candidate him/herself means
disqualification of the candidate.
4. there must be a strict compliance with the requirements set by the
Campus Electoral Board. Failure to do so will mean to invalidation of
application.
