ABSTRACT

The mobile industry is a very innovative segment within the ICT sector and the smartphone is
becoming the standard configuration among the different types of mobile devices. Technical
changes and new product proliferation have made the industry extremely dynamic, even if
market shares are highly concentrated in the hands of very few companies. The present article
investigates whether a dominant design has emerged in the industry. The article also tells us
about the hardware components of smartphone, checking of the software through software
checking tools made by IDH. The exact operations of the service operation team are also taken
care off. Results shows the various test cases, bug reports of different product and the software
requirement that is required in future products.
