Introduction

Our group arranged an interview session with Engr. Reiniel Davis R.

Bandong, AAE last April 13, 2019. He was from Class 2013 and currently working

as an Associate Manager – Product Supply for Procter and Gamble Philippines

Inc. from February 2019 until present. He is currently taking his Master of Science

in Industrial Engineering – Production System in University of the Philippines –

Diliman. He is also a part-time lecturer under the General Engineering Department

in which he teaches Chemistry for Engineers Laboratory in National University.

He also worked as an Operations Officer, Specialist, and Analyst for

Intelligent Skin Care Inc. (Belo Essentials) and Process Engineer for Suyen

Corporation (Bench). He is the Vice Chairman of the Philippine Institute of

Chemical Engineers – Young Engineers Section which includes engineers for age

less than 35 and associated with young Engineers Association Federation of

Engineering Organization and Philippine Technological Council. He is also the

Chapter Vice President of PIChE-CAMANAVA Chapter. He also attended

seminar-workshop about supply chain and production and operations

management. In his college years in UST, he has been elected in different position

in the Executive Board of the Chemical Engineering Society.
