Customer  needs  to  agree  to  the  Privacy  Policy  and  User  Terms  and  Condi>ons.

Customer  Time  Out  choice  

Customer  can  set  up  their  preferred  Time  Outs  whenever  they  wish.  
When  they  register,  or  later  on  by  logging  into  the  app.

Taking  a  ‘selfie’  
Customer  must  provide  a  picture  using  the  front  facing  camera.    

This  picture  will  then  be  displayed  to  you  if  

 
1)  The  customer  enters  the  venue  during  a  Time  
Out,  or  if  they  stay  longer  than  their  preferred  
play  dura>on  
AND  
2)  They  have  chosen  to  have  a  staff  reminder

Choice  of    4  ‘Time  Out’  criteria  

1)  They  can  choose  not  to  come  in  on  specific  days  e.g.  Monday  -­‐  Thursday

2)  They  can  choose  not  to  come  on  specific  dates  e.g.  all  of  next  month.    
Or,  maybe  they  don’t  want  to  come  in  on  payday  and  a  couple  of  days  a`er  that

Customer  reminders  when  they  
come  in  during  their  Time  Out  

The  customer  can  choose  whether  or  not  you  get  a  no>fica>on  that  they  
are  in  the  venue.  If  they  choose  ‘No  Staff  Reminder’  then  you  will  not  
receive  an  alert  on  the  staff  app  if  they  enter  during  their  selected  Time  
Out,  or  if  they  stay  longer  than  their  selected  play  >me.

Extra  reminders  to  customer’s    
phone  

The  customer  will  automa>cally  get  ONE  reminder  sent  to  their  phone  
when  they  enter  a  venue  during  a  Time  Out,  or  if  they  stay  longer  than  
their  preferred  play  >me.  They  can  choose  to  get  up  to  three  reminders,  
if  they  wish.
