What is disorder in the environment? How do we take notice whether disorder in the environment is present?

There is disorder in the environment when a: things are not in the state of what was before due to human
intervention or natural alteration and b: when environment harms the biotic community and nature, resulting
from non-stop and extensive human economic activities.
