RTU CAM 2019 - Rajasthan Technical University will conduct the centralized admission procedure, RTU CAM
2019 for the candidates who wish to take admission to M.Tech/ M.Arch programmes offered by the
Government aided and Private unaided Technical Institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur
and other Deemed & Private Institutes). In order to apply for RTU CAM 2019 candidates will have to register,
fill application form, upload documents and fill and lock their choices. Rajasthan Technical University will
commence the online registration process for RTU CAM 2019 tentatively from third week of June 2019. Based
on the merit and preference of the candidates, seat will be allotted to them. The candidates who will have
valid GATE scores will be given priority during the admission process of RTU CAM. If seats remain vacant, Non-
GATE candidates will be provided admission to courses offered by the participating institutes. Read on, to

In order to get admission to the participating institutes of RTU, candidates must meet the prescribed eligibility
criteria of RTU CAM 2019. Admission to the various M.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes will
be based on valid GATE 2019 scores. However, candidates without GATE Score but have B.Tech/ B.E degree or
equivalent from the recognized board can also apply. Given below is the RTU CAM 2019 eligibility criteria:

RTU CAM Reservation of Seats 2019
RTU CAM 2019 will provide reservation to the candidates belonging to different categories according to the
policies of the state of Rajasthan. Candidates who will be applying under RTU CAM 2019 reservation criteria
must meet the prescribed eligibility and have all the requisite documents to support it. Candidates can refer
the given below table to know about the percentage of seats reserved for various category:
The online application form of RTU CAM 2019 will be released in third week of June. Following steps will be
will have to enter their full name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth and mobile number.
Once all the details are submitted, pay the application fee through online mode (credit/debit card/ net
banking/ other online payment gateway charges).
In the payment mode through billdesk, a transaction ID will be generated. Candidates need to keep the

Enter personal, educational details, GATE 2019 scores, address for correspondence and other required
fields.
Submit the application form.
Documents that will be required to upload are photograph, signature, GATE 2019 scorecard, mark sheet of
B.E./ B.Tech or mark sheet of last qualifying exam in the prescribed format and dimension.
Specification of Documents
The available seat information related to institutes, department and programme will be displayed in seat
matrix. Referring that candidates will have to fill as many choice of colleges and courses in the order of their
preference.
Candidates will be permitted to change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices

The hard copy of application form is not required to be submitted to the CAM office or RTU Kota.
Note: While entering data make sure all information are entered correctly. The changes (if required) will be
allowed in online application form before final submission i.e. before submitting the application form.
For all eligible and qualified candidates, admission authority will release RTU CAM 2019 merit list tentatively in
July in online mode. Based on the qualifying marks and eligibility the merit list of RTU CAM 2019 will be
prepared. What candidates need to remember is that a separate merit list for GATE and non-GATE applicants
How Will RTU CAM 2019 Merit List Prepare In case of Tie?
If more than one candidates will have same scores, then authorities will give preference to GATE qualified
candidates.
If tie still exist, candidate who will be older in age will be given preference and consider for higher rank.

will be conducted as special round, if required. Following is the brief about each round of seat allotment of
RTU CAM 2019:
Round 1: Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their choices and merit. Candidates who will be
allotted seats will have to report physically at the institute allotted for verification of document, fee
submission and other admission formalities. In case candidates are not satisfied with the seat allotted to
them, they can apply for upward movement in the next round.
Round 2: This round is for upward movement. Candidates will have to submit their online consent for
upward movement against the allotted seat in first round. After consent, the earlier allotted seat will be
available for subsequent candidates only if candidate has got higher preference, otherwise seat will remain
same. If candidate has not been given seat in this round, then he or she will be considered for next round
where he or she can modify and relock their choices without registration fee payment.
Round 3: This round registration will be open for new candidates. Candidates can fill and lock their choices
based on the seats available. Candidates who will report in the earlier two rounds will not be allowed to

carry seat allotment letter, application form with 2 color photographs (1 pasted on it and 1 extra), two sets of

Candidates who will be shortlisted for admission through RTU CAM 2019 will be eligible to get admission into
51 affiliated engineering institutes of the state of Rajasthan. A total of 2810 M.Tech seats are available for
