Do you want to know how an internal sales rep creates a sales quotation?

If so, follow this interactive demo.

(1) To open the app, select the Manage Sales Quotations tile.

(2) Choose Create Quotation.

(3) In the Quotation Type field, enter QT and press Enter.

(4) For the sold-to party, enter 10100001 and press Enter.

(5) For the ship-to party, enter 10100001 and press Enter.

(6) Open the date picker.

(7) In the Valid To field, you want to choose a date a year from now.

Double-click June 22, 2018.

(8) In the Material field, enter TG11 and press Enter.

(9) In the Order Quantity field, enter 5 and press Enter.

(10) Choose Save.

A message tells you that the sales quotation has been created.

(11) To view the print output, you must first return to the launchpad.

Choose Home.

(12) To open the app, select the Manage Sales Quotations tile.

(13) Enter the quotation number, 20000128, and choose Go.

(14) Choose the sales quotation number.

(15) From the menu, select Display Quotation.

(16) Choose More.

(18) Choose Output.

(22) Choose Display PDF Document.

Close the document.

(24) To return to the launchpad, choose Home.
