'BE YOUR OWN BOSS' is the mantra of Millenials as they are the architects of Start Ups. The
Millennials, also known as Generation Y or Gen Y, are the demographic cohort following
Generation X and preceding Generation Z. A start-up is a newly emerged business venture that
aims to develop a viable business model to meet a marketplace need or problem. The
millennial start-up revolution is here to stay, as never before starting a business been so hip.
Millennials are already a very significant proportion of the tech workforce and unlike their
predecessors, they (and the new millennials) have one big advantage - they are natives of the
“digital transformation age”. Though, start-ups cannot be limited to science/ technology as the
ecosystem always has its impacts on the society and the creations. A start-up ecosystem is
formed by people, in their various stages and types of social, political, economic and
environmental conditions. The inventor interacts with the system to create and scale new Start-

topic that are appropriate in line with the broader theme of the conference.

Millennials and Start-up in India.
Guidelines
Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
Only original unpublished paper which have not been sent to any other
seminars/confrences for approval/publication are to be submitted.
Acceptance of papers or any modifications to be made will be intimated.
All the selected papers will be published as conference proceedings in the
anthology with ISSN, International Journal of Arts, Science and Humanities by
Shanlax Publication with the UGC Impact factor 3.12.
Authors of selected papers have to submit their full paper soft copy
in Microsoft Word format not exceeding 4500 words, Font - Times New Roman,
Size - 12, Line Spacing - 1.5.
