Description of Problem
On October 12, the Customer Service Department printer ran out of paper and the supply cart was empty.
When a staff member went to the supply closet, they had noticed how the door was jammed. The door is
unlocked but will only open two inches. The lights are off so the staff members cannot see what is taking
place inside. Someone tried entering into the door with a mirror and ruler, but this did not get the door open.
The requester has deemed this situation urgent, as the department has been ordering papers off of a different
company with a different code since the printer paper is inside the supply closet and they can no longer do
that.
