Check-in Policy:
We ask that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment
time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures.

Please be prepared to show two (2) forms of valid, original identification, one of which
must have your signature:

1. Passport

AND

2. Another form of government/official issued identification, such as a driving license or

other photographic identification.

If you arrive 15 minutes late for an exam and are refused admission, payments for the
exam and delivery fees are non-refundable or transferable to another exam date. If you
arrive later than 15 minutes or more, your admission to the test center will be at the test
center's discretion.

You will not be allowed to take any personal items with you into the testing room. This
includes all bags, books not authorized by the testing program, notes, cell phones, pagers,
watches and wallets.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE one
business day prior to your exam appointment. Canceling or rescheduling an exam less
than 24 hours is subject to a same-day forfeit exam fee. Exam fees are due for no-shows.

Coming from North or South area of Cebu City, take a jeepney(O4C and 17C ) bound to
General Maxilom Avenue which is also known as Mango Avenue. The Ongtiak Business
Center is located along Mango Square Mall and St. Theresa's College, in between Pakals
Restaurant and Metro Bank. Another landmark is UNIONBANK which is at the lower
ground of the Ongtiak Building.The Misnet Education Inc. is on the 5th floor of Ongtiak
Building.
