CONCLUSÃO
As fraturas da pelve por trauma de alta energia são lesões gra-
ves, com mortalidade significativa e alto índice de lesões associa-
das.
Nos traumas de alta energia, as fraturas pélvicas sempre devem
ser suspeitadas e conduzidas juntamente às demais lesões. O aten-
dimento precoce e a utilização de protocolos como o ATLS dão agi-
lidade e orientam o início de um bom prognóstico.
