Widespread rain amounts over 2.0” have fallen over the past 4
days over much of southeast Iowa, northwest Illinois, and
northeast Missouri. Some amounts over 4.0” were observed.
This rain has led to rises on the Mississippi, tributary rivers,
creeks, and streams.
