WOOD BROWN) of dimensions 200 X 1600 mm' along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand
bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile to be cut as per required size on site and residue to be reused as 100 Sq.ft
and when
possible as directed. 3" Skirting along the wall on where required

4 Floor Guard : prodiving and fixing floor guard material in all places where tiles will be
applied. After application of tiles and post cleaning, to be covered with sheet until completion
of entire work and to be removed completely after completion of project, with post cleaning as 880 Sq.ft
directed.
5 Granite jambs : steel grey leather finish jambs for all windows. 6mm grooves on all four
sides R.ft

2. WASHROOMS
1 Removing Tile and fittings : removing existing tile from floor and walls + all fittings

3 Floor Tiling : poviding and fixing vitrified tile flooring (SIMPOLO : POZZOLANA GRIS) of
dimensions 4'X2' along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile to be cut
as per required size on site and residue to be reused as and when possible as directed. 51 Sq.ft

4 Wall Tiling : poviding and fixing vitrified tile flooring (SIMPOLO : PANERO GRIS) of
dimensions 195x1200mm along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile
to be cut as per required size on site and residue to be reused as and when possible as directed. 100 Sq.ft

5 Granite : laying steel grey granite with leather finish on the plumb wall. 6mm groove between
tile and granite to be left 2 Sq.ft
6 Teak wood patti : laying 1.5" teak wood patti after leaving 6mm groove after tile and 6mm
groove between patti and punning 35 R.ft
7 POP Punning : finishing the wall with POP punning to be flushed with the tle 120 Sq.ft
8 Washroom accessories : all accessories purchasing and installing on site

3. CEILING
1 Gypsum Ceiling : Gypsum false ceiling using GI section Gyp steel with gypsum sheets and
jointing compound as per standard company make. Executing the ceiling as per design with Sq.ft
required grooves and cutouts for light holes.
