4. Based on the estimated $ value of your residence, how big will your mortgage be? How
many months/year will you take to pay off your mortgage? What will your monthly
mortgage payment be?  Make sure this is the same as what is in your budget table in
Part II
a. No mortgage because it is not a purchase; instead, rent will be paid every month
5. Estimate your monthly electric bill based on the square footage of your residence. In
what category did you put this expense?
