Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
My lifestyle, is an adventurous sense and want to embark on a life full of
adventures. I like to be the first to try new products. I am very active and perform
various activities such as sports or going to restaurants and bars. Recognition for
achievements, whether within an organization, a job or in other fields, as well as
for some particular type of commendable action. In relationships, the way you
think, feel, and act toward other people is a DETERMINING factor for success.
The most dependable and self-confident people know how to encourage others
and communicate their love, even in the smallest ways. The challenges of life
have a direct relationship in defining our purpose in life. The challenges of life
allow us to see the best and the worst of ourselves. In competence, you have to
set goals because it is a key feature. A great variety of gastronomy, try the most
typical dishes of other countries, is one of the things that I have to do in my life. My
interest is for the sport and more for the soccer, since it is an aficcion that I have
since small, I would like to know Stamford Bridge, the stadium of the Chelsea F.C.
Although money does not always buy happiness, at least it makes life much
easier. Being sure helps me to be more positive about things and that in life I do

Being independent is a satisfaction, because it is a stage in which one can
imagine, create and get the means to carry out their ideas.
