a. Strengthen the existence on social media. There are two things that can be done to
strengthen the existence on social media. First is increasing engagement on social
media and advertising.
b. Give Away and Loyalty Card. Every promotion strategy hopes to build customer
loyalty towards our coffee shop brand. One of the tips is to give away with loyalty
cards, which are cards for customers who faithfully buy our coffee products, then on
the 10th or 5th purchase will get free coffee or other drinks.
c. Same Order Hour. This promotion is somewhat creative because it is intended to
appreciate customers who come to our coffee shop at the same time. By only
bringing proof of receipt, on the previous day we can give a discount when buying.
Simply put, customers who come to coffee at 3pm, when they are coffee again
tomorrow at 3pm also they will get special price discounts or free coffee.
