English translation of excerpts of the transcript of the conversation between Prasad

Purohit, Sudhakar Dhar Dwivedi (SD), B. L. Sharma, Dr. R. P. Singh, Ramesh
Upadhyaya and others during the Faridabad meeting of Abhinav Bharat on 26
January 2008.

Purohit: Towing the line of the Hindutva ideology or following this constitution will not
help. We will fight the constitution to fight for our nation; this nation is not ours. This
government is not ours and neither will it be ours. We will fight for our independence,
independence of Hindus.
SD: When was our constitution accepted?
(Dispute about the date)
Sharma: In 1952
SD: Now if in 1952 the elections were held then it was in 1950 that we were declared a
Republic. The constitution requires that all the citizens of this nation submit themselves to
it. On what basis did the citizens submit themselves to it? If the people’s parliament wasn’t
formed, and there was no argument over it then how was it accepted? How did they write
on behalf of the people and who are these people who wrote it? Elections happened two
years later.
Sharma: (About R.P. Singh): We should not have a direct relation with him. If we are
involved even half an inch with him we will run into trouble. We should not be attached
with him officially on any matter.
SD: We will keep him in the action group.
Sharma: Action group! He should not be in black and white even in the action group. Even
the word ‘action group’ should not be in writing.
SD: Nothing should be in writing. Whatever is going on between us is based upon our
mutual trust. We have already informed everyone that nothing should be on paper.
(Dr. R. P. Singh joins in the conversation)
SD: We were just speaking with Sharma. He was of the opinion that you belong to the
direct action group, doctor!
Dr. R. P. Singh: The situation in Nepal last night was so bad that you should have seen it.
First, what is your opinion on Naxalism in all of India and what about Maoism and

1
opinion on Nepal? Anyway, day before yesterday a woman called me from Tehelka.
Telling me that I registered a case against Husain. Whether I don’t know this and that…I
replied (after much abuses) saying that I don’t know anything because I am not a
communist!
Purohit: Absolutely right.
SD: I had gone to an award function at Jamia Milia Islamia where this country’s vice
president, Hamid Ansari was present.
Dr.: I had gone to oppose it. I carried with me 15 liters of petrol but I didn’t get a chance.
Hamid Ansari then was the Vice Chancellor of Jamia. M. F. Husain was being given an
award. He didn’t come but his son had come.
SD: Look at the helplessness. The misfortune of this society. We are seeing it from our
own eyes the time that is about to come and still we can’t do anything.
Purohit: Swamiji, the candidate of Samajwadi Party for the election of the vice president
was also some Ansari. He said before itself that if I become the vice president from the
Third Front I would still not say Vande Mataram. So the reason we have come together is
because in the current arrangement the situation will not change. Even if BJP or Shiv Sena
comes to power this situation will not change because their attitude is different.
SD: Yes, because till the time this vote bank remains intact this shame will keep inflicting
the society.
Purohit: So swamiji the thing is we have to fight the constitution, we have to fight for our
independence.
SD: Listen, how will you fight? What is your modus operandi?
Purohit: I put in front of you the proposal that we had spoken about. Till the time we do
not, in a united, thoughtful, inspired manner begin the work people will not associate
themselves with us. This is the situation of Muslims today. They may not have a particular
fund but they have fifty-thousand people.
SD: This is global. Their front is Islam. They all come together on this single front.
Purohit: This is the thing. Fifty-thousand people can come together on one land in half an
hour. We do not come together like this. Once these fifty-thousand people come together
they automatically get negotiation powers. The thing they want they do it themselves.
When we would have to come together like this we will need an International Forum, a

2
3

National Forum and a Political Forum. I have no interest to win an election and neither
will any of our men have this wish. But then till that time we will be a second nuisance
value.
SD: Right now we hold only one vein of the society. Today the country is called
independent but in reality the nation still has not got independence. That was actually an
Independence Act passed in the British parliament. In House of Commons India and
Pakistan are still referred to as the Dominion states of Britain.
Other societies had religious restrictions and limits but in the Hindu society no restrictions
remained. In these sixty years two-three generations have passed. Just think on this: in
1022 the first Muslim invasion happened on Hindustan and they stayed here. In 1947
Mountbatten left. In a span of 100 years even a healthy man will see his sixth generation.
So with this average at least 50 – 60 generations have gone by. In fact after seven
generations the genes begin to change. So in these circumstances if you talk of uniting the
Hindu society it is a mountainous task. You cannot trust anyone. So whatever we are we
have to take responsibility on our own shoulders and we have to take this till its goal. So if
in this way we are able to pitch our tents then we can get lakhs and crores of people to
gather around for us. This you have to see.
Purohit: This is what I was saying: what is happening to BJP’s situation.
SD: Call Major Upadhyaya.
(Major Updhyaya joins the conversation)
Purohit: Sir I was just proposing why we are starting all these things. Firstly, we wouldn’t
be able to get some nuisance value till the time we do not gain negotiation capability to
change the constitution. We cannot do this till the time we are able to get fifty thousand
people on the street like the Muslims. Secondly, the geographical features, you see - India
is still not a Hindu nation. We have to win this nation back. We have to fight a war of
independence. The third most important thing is, we have to take this issue to the
international forum at the earliest. For this just talking wouldn’t help. This will only
happen through revolutionary ways. Talks on Ram Setu will keep happening. Fifty or even
fifty lakh people will come together, parliament will keep functioning the way it was
yesterday; the rest of the issues will also be tackled the same way. In Kashmir the events
that have happened have left Hindus sidelined. In Maharashtra as well in a place called

3
Anchlapur in Vidarbh where 75 Hindu families out of the total 750 have been pushed out.
The rest are all Muslims.
Major Upadhyaya: Their houses have been burnt.
Purohit: Their houses and shops have been burnt.
Upadhyaya: All these figures can be found on the Internet. But nowhere has the media
reported this. They have staged a complete blackout on the issue.
Purohit: This is another thing we observe that the media has not mentioned this anywhere.
So we have to fight against all these people as well. We have no other objectives. There is
only one way that we establish a government - a central Hindu government in exile. This
way we must share responsibilities. We must begin working within ourselves for the
distribution of responsibilities. Those who want to join can do so. But if we keep waiting
for people to come then they’ll keep coming for the rest of our lives!
SD: Since 50 to 100 years the government of Tibet is functioning from our territory in
Himachal.
Purohit: We had basically spoken of this issue earlier and this is the reason why we must,
in the decision making procedure involve all like-minded people and put forth what we
believe in. In today’s date we are all the people here. I will say something, which hasn’t
been said before: we did two operations. They were both successful. I am capable of doing
operations. I have no shortage of equipment. I can produce equipments. I can get the
equipments if and once I make up my mind. But to select the target, in my opinion, should
not be my prerogative alone. We will decide this in the council or not? When the council
will decide that these are the 70 men of the country that need to be won over …..
When they do this then we get a kind of official sanction for it, it gets in a way a legal
sanctity. Otherwise then tomorrow what difference will remain between me and a
goonda!? Secondly, today I have got in touch with the rest of the nations.
I made contacts in Israel- one of our ‘captains’ has already gone and come back from
there. We had a very positive response from their side. They told us, ‘you should show us
something on the ground.’ At this time even our website wasn’t launched. We had only
given them on paper. They replied be saying ‘We wait and watch for six months’. We
demanded four things from them: i) continuous and uninterrupted supply of equipment
and training, ii) allow us to start our office with saffron flag in Tel Aviv, iii) political

4
5

asylum, iv) support our cause in the UN that a Hindu nation is born. They have agreed to
two things. They don’t want to fly our national flag in Tel Aviv, the reason being that their
relations with India are getting better and they want that, but by allowing this, relations
will turn sour. Secondly, they will not support us in the international forum for the next
two years - till the time our movement does not gain some momentum. Political asylum;
any time, equipment and training once we show something on the ground. Even if I was
achieving these targets I’d still think l that I shouldn’t proceed with these decisions on my
own. For this we must bring together a council. We must understand our requirements. I
must also tell you this that our meeting was fixed with King Gyanendra for 25 th June 2006
and 2007 last year. Technically this meeting was fixed telephonically on 13th February.
There is one Col. Prajwal. He has been appointed as a Brigadier in Intelligence. We had
tried hard to fix this meeting. I proposed him, which he accepted that my 20 men will
receive training as officers. Every six months to a year I will have 40 men and my 200
men will receive training as soldiers. So in one year I will have 400 men. You (Nepal)
being an independent nation should ask for AKS from Czechoslovakia. We will pay the
money and the ammunition. That is not a worry. The King accepted this.
Just imagine if this had come through we wouldn’t have had to hurry with anything today.
But to control all this we have a Defense Minister. We don’t call it Defense, we call it a
War Minister. This group that we have named, we don’t use the word defense for it. We
don’t want to recreate that Italian Revolution because the size of the nation is huge that an
army of 40 thousand cannot step on the street and march especially in the given
circumstances. I know the situation -army and BSF do not have a good rhythm with each
other. BSF does not have it with the CRPF and the CRPF doesn’t with the police.
Like I had said one thing-if I buy cars from the car disposal scrap-Sir will agree with me, I
apply paint over them, put a sign and then send it off. In Merrut there are two car units
wearing army uniforms. The car will even return after firing and nobody will be able to
understand anything. ‘This army vehicle had come and we don’t know why they came,
fired and left’! There is so much confusion in this country today that if we don’t take
advantage of this situation then we are the biggest fools. But to do all this we need a
council because at any moment if I take a decision then it should not go to my mind that I
am the be all and end all of this project.

5
R. P. Singh: Absolutely right!
Purohit: That is why I am saying that whatever popularity we are seeking for Abhinav
Bharat according to Swamiji’s proposals, is without question for anybody that it is for a
‘Sanatan Bharat’. If we are talking about reclaiming back Hindtuva, if we want to bring
back sanatan dharma then it should be in according to the principles of Aryavrat and the
Vedas. At the apex should be dharma provisions, then ruling provisions and finally
provisions for the public.
SD: For Ruling techniques and ways we have some Puranic treaties. Our traditions and
memories are the basis of our society. First of all, millions of sins and good deeds, Sanskrit
chants have been tampered with-increased or decreased. We should follow its core
guidelines, explanations and turn it into a mass discourse and this way we must come to a
conclusion. At this moment we have 14 treatises in our country and we must collect all of
these.
Purohit: When this situation will come in between our victorious way forward then we can
proceed with this work. But for it to be in our way forward a team has to be constituted.
For that a constitution of 3 pages would be enough and we should start working for the
attainment of the three situations. We have to establish this country in accordance with the
vedic procedures, we want the sanatan dharma, the vedic dharma. We have to keep this
country, our motherland safeguarded. We will keep questioning till the time we do not
establish the rules and guidelines given in our treatise and Vedas. First we must unitedly
start working on the three things mentioned because today we not have a shortage of
talent. What we lack is to come together in one string. This is the effort with which we
began working two yeas ago-to bind everyone through one string. Dr. is working
somewhere, Major sa’ab is working at another place, Prem Singh is working as well. This
way it will not work. We need to create one platform where we come together and work.
Decision making abilities will be proven if we 5- 6 people come together as a core group. I
will tell how to run a political situation. The game that BJP is playing today and the talks
happening in Vishwa Hindu Parishad will end up happening I feel. Vishwa Hindu Parishad
has a different identity, a serious leadership of Praveen Togadia. Those who are talking
about removing this leadership are saying this because of some barrier within the BJP in
today’s date, which is faulty for their political aims. There are fighters and religious

6
7

believers in VHP. If and when Singhalji will be removed from VHP it will become a
headless chicken. A body without a head will remain and this is what BJP wants. This
wing should become ours. Do not oppose me on this. This will be our main weapon. This
non-political organization will definitely be turned into a political organization. Which
means that BJP will be Shiv Sena at the national level and this is what we want. But I am
speaking only facts and my department is such that nothing can remain hidden from me.
You will agree with me about what we should expect from these people when we only
keep fighting amongst ourselves. If we understand this requirement then a council’s
establishment is necessary. Major sa’ab has 20 people. I am the one who gives training. I
am the one to impart education. I will do those things. I have the capabilities.
SD: Two people from Israel came to me the other day. They are here. Whatever it is, they
are the first ones to give us support.
Purohit: They have given support. They have agreed to our things on the Internet and now
they want it faxed. They have opened an email ID. We cannot access it; we type it and put
it in the draft. For this both of us know the password. They open it themselves and check
it. Ok, not ok, accepted - this is what they let us know. I also told this to Praveenbhai that
Maoism has spread in all of 22 states. Very soon it’ll grasp the whole nation. These people
who talk of a Third Front will get together. For personal gains Sharad Pawar is also a part
of it, Mulayam Singh, Chandra Babu Naidu - these people will all be on one side. These
Maoists and Communists will support this Third Front. To fight this once Advani had
made a statement - I have a paper cutting of it. He says that if the Congress and BJP make
some adjustments then they can fight the Third Front. If they come together it will be the
biggest betrayal for the Hindus of this nation.
SD: Congress has no option left.
Purohit: They have no option left. In this situation people’s faith will be reinforced and
there is no need to tell what the rest of Islam is doing. Everyone knows that in these
conditions, the only option is a war of independence under one roof with one organization,
giving it a constitutional shape, with a religious angle. Just following this constitution is
not the sole way of knocking down the system. It needs support from a political front
because to sit on the negotiation table we need our men to go inside the four walls. This is
not acceptable to us. If a bigger question is raised then it is our duty to bring the question

7
out. To establish religious order, apart from this, apart from weapons and aggressive
Hindutva we do not have a second option.
R.P.Singh: What are the new developments in Nepal regarding Maoism? In fact today
China is interfering in Nepal much more aggressively. Till now the entire money from
China came to Nepal through ISI and Pakistan. Now it comes directly.
There was a meeting last Sunday with few relatives of Gyanendra to properly negotiate the
developments. Some prominent parties like Jana Tantric Madhesi Mukti Morcha - the
biggest group of Jwalasingh at this time is this one. The other link of this group is with the
extreme west of Darjeeling and north of Nepal. In two three days their revolt would begin.
The third is the Lok Tantric Madhesi Morcha which is active in about 5-6 villages near
Kapilvastu. We have a different arrangement going on with them because there are a lot of
Muslims there. They have gone and settled there from UP and Bihar. Recently there was
some violence where they killed some Muslims. These Muslims then attacked the Maoists.
This way two of our enemies got into a battle with each other and this way we use them.
But Muslims are more in this case. They are part of a separate group within the Lok
Tantric Madhesi Morcha. Secondly, by the name of Goethe, there is an anti Maoist group
but they are Communists. They are silently sitting in Bihar. In today’s date the Lok Tantric
Madhesi Morcha and the Jana Tantric Madhesi Morcha have been declared terrorists.
Some of there leaders are in UP and Bihar. We are continuously in touch with them.
Jwalasingh’s group is in favor of a symbolic monarchy and this is also what we want. This
is the democratic and symbolic time and we believe that this is the only way Hindutva will
survive. A full pleasant monarchy is not possible in this world anymore. So that is why we
are fighting continuously in favor of a symbolic monarchy. Through this development our
powers have increased around and in Kathmandu. The result of this was that we did a
small symbolic blast to instill terror but not to hurt anyone. We had a pact with a leading
political party whose chief was arrested day before yesterday by Maoists. We are right
now struggling to have him released. An important result of this was that we are going to
open a new office in New Delhi and we will gather Nepalis in our army. Maoists have a
very strong network and we have been after it for the last year- year and a half. Till the
time some Nepalis come here there wouldn’t be a good dialogue. And that is why we are
soon going to establish a network. Moreover in the western mountainous region our

8
9

organization is a little weak. But the King’s influence is very strong there. They are strong
Hindutva followers but at the same time Maoist influence is also the maximum here. We
have begun some of our work there to counter the uprising. But the unfortunate thing is
that despite our many attempts in Uttranchal our government is openly offering
agreements to the Maoists. I spoke about this to various senior leaders of the Sangh like
Mohan Bhagwatji. I even spoke to the police chief Subhash Joshi though he is very sad
with the way the BJP in Uttranchal is giving encouragement to the Maoists especially the
CM. This is unfortunate that we have to keep this issue openly on the table. The reasons
are the senior leaders. In these circumstances Nepal can counter Maoists in India and
Uttranchal can reap benefits out of this. I am in touch with Subhash Joshi who has now
been appointed Additional Police Chief. But due to the political leadership I am unable to
do much.
For a closer co-operation with activities in Nepal, if I make a plan of giving and receiving
help then perhaps we can arrive at some satisfying results. If Nepal comes again with us as
a Hindu State then it will be beneficial, otherwise it’ll slip away in the hands of these
Maoists.
Purohit: We will work according to the constitution and the three articles that I presented.
We will show this constitution to the world as well. We will put it on the Internet then
legally nobody will be able to question it. We have said it in our constitution that “Hindu
and Oriental Nations Union is a must for us. With Cambodia, Thailand, Bharat, Nepal,
Bhutan, Japan, Korea, this union should happen. There is provision for even East Asian
countries. It is necessary that we make a foundation for a relationship with them now
because we are hopeful of receiving their help till the very end.” Major Parag Modak is in
charge of our international office. Also Col. Raikar and Col. Hasmuskh Patel are also
involved. NSCIM and NACL are tow factions of Nagaland. I exclude IM from this
because it is entirely funded by China. They are commanding officers of an international
unit and thus sit for negotiations. [...] In the Tankhul area they were working as a parallel
government for the last 50- 55 years.
We do not need many people with us. Just those persons who can understand the right key
that goes in the lock. I understand the way we all have gathered - we are like different

9
keys. And till the time we do not go political, this Hindu society is so foolish that they will
not unite if not for political reasons.
What I mean to say is that you have to give them money, food, water. You have to arrange
cars for them and offer them money. This was true even for the Ram Setu Movement, and
then only this society comes together. …when they can see that there are political aims.
Political party is like a free food catering.
SD: Body, mind, heart, soul-let them all be involved with the work towards a political
alliance for power - everything else will fall into place.
Upadhyaya: The present constitution is not acceptable to us and will not be acceptable till
the time another constitution comes into place when a Hindu Rashtra will be established.
Till that time our fight will be two fold or single fold? The two-fold fight is that we try to
change the existing system by being within the system. Or we establish something so
unique that we do not even stay in this system. When we try only then will we move ahead
and through this second alternative we will establish our Hindu nation.
Purohit: I think we should introduce them to Col. Aditya Dhar. He is in the Parachute
regime and I am posted with him right now in Panchamadhi.
Col. Aditya Dhar: Since 23 years I have been in the army.
Upadhyaya: He will be on the same plane for a Hindu rashtra, a governing council, this
will be the idea when we come in power. This is what the position is: we have two options
to achieve: option 1, we wait till we achieve, we don’t do anything. Second, till we achieve
the government in exile or whatever you call it, we work within the system, which is
powerful- change the system as you wish or observe the system.
Purohit: You have said exactly what I was about to say. We will continue with our double
attack.
Upadhyaya: Two prolonged attacks: one, the council of government in exile will keep
working. Secondly, god willing, if we manage to get 2/3 rd of majority then we will leave
them broken. The benefit in this is, the BJP has a strong, existing intellectual hold. From
the beginning your concept is clear- that if he is a Hindu he is on this side. Muslims will
not enter the fray, converts will not, Christian will not come. If there is any party of the
Hindus it is this, so you might as well come. Although this is only for Hindus, that’s its

10
11

strength is only its nuisance value and of opposition, only street level strength but at least
an option is available.
Purohit: The VHP has given color to the movement. By benefiting from it, by using it no
Hindu is at fault. A Hindu is a Hindu and will remain a Hindu and this cannot be wrong.
The problem is that people do not have another option and that is why people are going
towards BJP.
SD: This is what we have been saying for years that even if people want another option
they cannot see it.
Upadyaya: At the international forum a committee of experts should be there for people to
voice their support.
Purohit: The position right now is that when we send our men to, say Israel, for them (the
Israelis) it is necessary that we have an organization behind us, someone to speak for us.
For now we are showing them a false front. Right now our back stage is not strong. So
tomorrow, when people gather... Dr. you please be in charge of the negotiation since you
have experience and age. He knows how to handle people so that even they will feel that
there are two people sitting behind him who are thinking people. It makes a difference in
judgment. They should feel that we are helpless to make a hollow decision in any
situation.
Dr R P Singh: An organization whose international tilt is strong, that has a social forum
already and third, the need of an underground forum that provides as a base and works
parallel to the organization.
Purohit: Lets take a pause for half an hour, the locals here are very attentive.
SD: Just see if no one is standing outside the door.
Dr R. P. Singh: Another point, at the time of partition there was a referendum relating to it.
17% of the people were in favor for the division of Pakistan from the country.
Sharma: 11%
Dr. R. P. Singh: Ok 11%! Gandhiji, Nehruji and the followers got the referendum. They
marked UP as the center point. But when they were given Rs.40 crores and the land a
second referendum wasn’t done Hindus were not involved in the referendum. So this an
absolute valid reason for us that the land given to them - we want it back. We have
consulted many lawyers that we can take this matter to the court; that Hindus were not part

11
of the referendum, that they were made a fool of at the time of partition. And at this time
the Hindus were sacrificed for the benefit of Muslims. Now either you get back the land or
send the Muslims there. For Pakistan’s gain the Hindus have suffered in both ways. Our
fight has received a good public response.
At the time of partition 11% Muslims demanded for Pakistan. Gandhi, Nehru and Patel-
their party agreed that from 23%, 30% of the land should be given to Pakistan, Bangladesh
included. But at the time of population transfer, despite Ambedkar’s stress in the
Parliament for sending the Muslims (“I know the Muslim character”, “that first the
population transfer must take place and then only the land transfer will follow”) Gandhi,
Nehru and their gang stopped the Muslims here; they didn’t let them go. On this issue also
they didn’t get a Hindu referendum. Hindu did not give their permission for this. And that
is why we have a valid ground to forward the case in the UN court- that the congress or
the ruling party should return our land back to us- wherever I speak I get such a wonderful
public response on this issue.
Purohit: I have included this point in our constitution.
Upadhyaya: Many clauses of the Government of India Act that were passed by the British
Parliament have not been followed. So by exposing this point the validity of the act does
not hold true. The Kashmir issue - either you come this side or the other, the talk of
referendum, debates of the Constitution Assembly - all these have not been in consonance
with the Act which makes the Independence Act incomplete in itself. So therefore the
dream of Akhand Bharat that we see and the efforts that we are making for seeing it
through is in fact according to the international constitution and international laws.
Sharma: The country should be taken over by the army. How far is it feasible? Its been a
year that I have sent some 3 lakh letters, distributed the map of Akhand Bharat on 26 th
January but these Brahmins and traders have never done anything and neither will they do.
I do not talk of casteism. It’s just that they don’t have the potential; they don’t have the
aptitude for this kind of feelings. Ultimately they do things that are feasible.
One Chanakya comes up and becomes a moderate ruler. Even if people have the capability
it is only when a seed is planted in the mind it can make huge differences. It is not that
physical power is the only way to make a difference but to awaken people mentally. I
believe that you have set fire in the society, at least a spark.

12
13

Sharma: There is an organization which is speaking about allowing the gurudwaras in

Pakistan for ‘open darshans’. Hindu Mahasabha continues to aim for an Akhand Bharat in
their constitution. But unfortunately they have no power and thus publicly this issue has
not been able to come out forcefully.
Purohit: This for reference: English version of our constitution-
“The idea of the nation is as old as nationhood, it is the very idea that gives birth to a
nation and only the people who understand this idea can protect the nation as long as such
people rule the nation, it is secured but the moment there is a compromise between
nationhood, the nation is weakened and is held hostage to the personal wills and fancies of
people. It is towards the fact that, in spite of the changing conditions the basic principles
of nationhood can still be preserved by a nation, for example, Japan and England. When
the wills and fancies of the few individuals come forward as nationhood the nation is held
hostage to the agendas of those individuals and parties. This is happening in India today,
we are being held hostage to the agenda of the secularists, so called secular parties. The
so-called Hindutva parties have betrayed the cause of Hindutva by using Hindutva as a
political tool. There is no alternative to Hindu nation, nationalism. Well actually there is, it
is called disintegration of the nation. The time to choose and act is now; let us dispel all
the myths of a secular state and work towards a Hindu nation. And we say, Indian
independence is a question mark. In the light of all these things it becomes important to
analyze the so-called Indian independence which was gained in 1947. To continue ruling
India the British attacked all the institutions and individuals that helped in uplifting Indian
culture. The beginning was marked under the guidance of Macaulay, our education system
was corrupted in 1835. After the first war of independence in 1857 the British recognized
the source of inspiration for the popular uprising, recognizing that it was one of the
Marathas were one of them who at the helm of affairs. (...) All the forts in Maharashtra
were systematically destroyed using canons. Similarly forts in Jhansi were also destroyed;
incidentally many people in India still call the event of 1857 as mutiny. During the
independence struggle leaders like Vir Savarkar, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat
Singh were kept away from the public as far as possible. This was because the British
knew that these leaders could ignite the people against them, on the other hand the British

13
deliberately allowed such leaders to gain prominence who were no threat to their Raj, that
is Gandhiji and Nehru and all these people, and also invested them with a hallo of
invincibility. As they knew very well that a continued dominance of such a leader was the
best guarantee of continuation of British rule in India. Even today we continue to reverse
these leaders as the one who won us freedom by non-violence and this is most incorrect.
During the transfer of power in 1947 (we don’t call it independence but rather ‘transfer of
power’) only such leaders where chosen who call themselves last Englishman to rule in
India. Nehru said this is in the parliament.”
...
Congress, which was basically a safety wall for the British Raj, was installed in to power.
The British wanted India to remain weak and ensured that only the weak get power. The
British are still ruling us by proxy and this is their greatest victory. It becomes necessary to
once get again introduce the call of Chanakya in the country: Uddista Bharat and this is
how we should start working.
Now we start talking about the constitution. Foundation principles of Abhinav Bharat:
strengthening of bhartiya culture along with nationalism with an emphasis of nationalism
as defined in Hindu Vedic literature supported by religion.
SD: remove the word religion.
Tripathi: Dharma
Purohit: “Strengthen national economy with emphasis on self-reliance and agricultural
development; maintain cultural and ethnic unity of the nation. Implementation of law with
strictest possible means, establish and implement highest standards of discipline and
award exemplary punishment to defaulters, establish rule of quality, total denunciation of
class-based discrimination, upliftment of backward classes by providing free basic
education till 10+2, reconstruction of Bhartiya armed forces with Bhartiya traditions and
value systems, increase in the standing army with the aim of ‘prevention is better than
cure.’”
I wrote this because 70,000 crore rupees are spent every year on Kashmir and North East.
Instead if you increase the numbers in the army from 14 lakh to one crore then the post
which is 300 meters far will be manageable till 100 meters or even 60 meters. People will

also be employed this way. We will be the strongest nation. If a person is unable to enter
the country then anyway we will have no terrorism.
Dr. R. P. Singh: Add ‘untouchability’ in front of caste.
SD: Remove the word Pakistan. Akhand Bharat means Akhand Bharat because we do not
recognize Pakistan since even today it is a dominion of Britain. Why should be recognize
it? We are not even independent today so for what reason should we consider it as
Pakistan.
The biggest proof for this is that when in 1997 golden jubilee celebrations were held the
chief guest was Queen Elizabeth. In the card of invitation for that event, the President’s
name is below the Queen’s. What bigger proof than this?!
Purohit: Aim at Bhartiya Swaraj.
SD: She did not require getting a visa to enter India. In 1997 she was allowed by the
Indian government to enter without an official visa. And thirdly, it is protocol of any
nation that when a foreign dignitary visits their nation’s bodyguards are replaced by those
provided by the host nation. But when Elizabeth came, her shadows were called from
Britain. What does this signal - are you independent or a dominion? She commented that I
am here to see what we had left and given 50 years ago – how is that going? Still in
today’s date India and Pakistan are dominion states.

Summary of the presentation of the Abhinav Bharat constitution by Lt. Col. Purohit
Aims at Swarajya for Bharat, good governance, security and peace by making this country
a new Bharat, prosperous and able. Official name of the organization is Abhinav Bharat.
The organization shall bear true faith as analyzed by the constitution of India, as by the
law established and stands committed to the values as I said, especially in its preamble.
Most specifically the organization aims at stimulating, strengthening and propagating
purest forms of Bhartiyata or Bhartiya panchakarma (five actions) nationalism by
propagating and encouraging Hindu ethos of the nation, combating fundamental terrorism
and casteism, rebuild the nation purely on bhartiya culture, i.e. Hindu/ Sindhu siyachan
culture, Vedic culture.
Upadhyaya: Replace the word Sanatan by ethos and culture.

15
(Summary of a portion in English in the original transcript)
Union of states for a singular cultural binding thereby denouncing religious and cultural
diversity. Promote trade, encourage and induce traditional Bhartiya culture amongst the
young generation. Promote in every way - artistic, moral, intellectual Hindu ideas.
Agriculture controlled and encourage group farming. Advocating a definite increase in the
standing armed forces of Bharat following the idea of ‘strengthen the individual rather
than treating the illness’. Adopt an offensive and aggressive posture for the nation when
national integrity and pride are at stake. Authoritarian leadership: “free exchanges of views
to facilitate the leader to take a suitable decision and the decision once taken by the leader
shall be followed at all the levels without questioning the authority. We are talking about a
presidential system.”
Importance is given to symbols like the national flag representing a strong unity with no
compromise on the precision of measurements and design: solo tamed saffron flag with a
golden border, length of the flag twice of its width with ancient golden torch with
precisely four flames pointing towards four different directions and also symbolizing the
four vedas. These symbols highlight revolution- the style of torch- a mashal- that is often
used and symbolizing an uprising, a revolt. Violent symbolization is stressed further by the
use of a long metal lance (a weapon in ancient Indian warfare) on which will rest the flag.
The design on the flag speaks of the idea that “religion, nation and weaponry should be all
together.” The song for the organization would be Bankim Chandra’s Vande Mataram
while to please the people Tagore’s Jana Gana Mana would be written along with ‘Jaya
Bharat’. Through these changes the goal of the new state will be ‘aggressive nationalism.’
Strengthening the economic base with self-reliance in agriculture but through major policy
decision change is sought by changing the order of a welfare state. For bringing political
stability one party rule is most conducive. Voting rights to be followed as those in fascist
communities while the eligibility criteria shifts to educational standards and gradual
establishment for a Presidential system. For ethnic stability ‘forced migration’ to be
accepted while ‘interested migration’ to be controlled. No demographic changes since it
risks a change in culture. Severe punishments propagated while capital and corporal
punishments should be made in public. No cow slaughter. Enforcement of common civil

16
17

code along with social security code, while no change should take place with the national
security policy.
Defense Ministry should be changed to War Ministry and army personnel to increase from
14 lakhs to a crore and review of present protocol policy. Infiltration of Chitpawan
Brahmins in air force. Commander in Chief to be introduced since currently this post is
non-existent. Foreign policy changes include advocating the “nation to be on war till lost
territory is regained or acceptance of line of control as the international border.” Proactive
efforts to form Hindu nations union with Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia with the aim of
unifying Buddhist and Hindu nations to fight Islamic and Christian invasions. But few
very moderate Christians can be our supporters as well. Adoption of aggressive nuclear
policy. Stress laid on commerce and diplomacy not to override political strategic
diplomacy policy following the Nepal problems.
Self reliance in production of warfare, encouragement for designing war equipment.
Agriculture as back bone, controlled and compulsive farming to avoid mere purchase of
land as investment but rather it should be utilized for farming to avoid imports. Stress on
farming because most of agricultural land is wasted as serving boundaries. SEZs
applicable only on barren land, promotion of privatization. The right now is just an
assembly line, we are not manufacturing anything and the farce of BPOs is as good as the
favorable dollar rate. Rising salaries only indicate economic swelling and not economic
development.
SD: “Just few days ago people’s 11.5 crore rupess drowned in 10 minutes. Just imagine
this country’s 5 year plans- how do they function?
National committee to be called Central Hindu Government and furthermore apart from an
organizational structure which includes a president, vice president etc. “any Hindu on
earth will be an honorary member of this organization”. Consonance of ideology to be
achieved and maintained between in a way that even “the smallest unit of the organization
must reflect the over all nature of the organization”. The organization is bigger than the
individual and importantly, ‘militarization’ of the organization, i.e. “every member at all
levels will have the basic knowledge of weapons”. “An academy of indoctrinization will
be established, at the end of the course members will be tested and those who pass will be
finally admitted” for those who will actually take part in the action. Establishment of a

17
uniform code of conduct irrespective of caste, religion etc for an Akhil Bhartiya Dhoran
All India Hindu Rashtra.
Creation of safety valves to avoid internal conflicts and also to avoid dictatorial tendencies
of the leader. Each person must have a superior and a subordinate to facilitate swift
working at the national level. “creation of organization within an organization” and this
way “various political government and non government bodies will be infiltrated.”
“Very important point: political excommunication of people whose ideas are detrimental to
Hindu Rashtra… some of them should be killed.” But to tone the language usage of the
word expulsion or excommunication is preferred.
Reporting channels like those in the armed forces will be established for information
dissemination and ‘passing of orders’. Strict adherence to moral and ethics decided by the
core group and an Honor Code Committee will keep its vigilance. Liaison with media to
avoid misinformation through regular press releases and statements. Influence in education
to ‘catch them young’ to mould young minds ‘as per our line of thought’ and to develop
‘smooth and honest individuals for internal working.’ ‘Intelligence collection’ within and
outside the organization will be given highest priority. Control over all financial
institutions should be established at the earliest.
In fact for better handling the media we should start our own channel. Like the Azaad
channel is running with Dawood’s help and we’ll need rupees 10-25 crores for the initial
set up and 6 months run to begin with. We are also hoping to develop our own satellite.
Col. Dhar: To be self-sustaining I propose the Media Management College Sangh in
Bhopal where we utilize the trainees for our ends.
R. P. Singh: We have already begun this process in Delhi where approximately 26 of our
trainees have been put in different channels.
Wherever any Abhinav Bharat will be, there will be a temple of Bharat Mata for involving
Shaivites and Vaishnavites both and also something it is something nice to give to the
public and youth. The temple of Bharat Mata is to give sanctity to nationhood. From 792-
first attack on India until Lord Mountbatten’s departure – the names of all the people who
have laid their lives for India will be engraved on the temple. This temple will be like the
one in Kashi but with names. It is a symbol and a base for our united organization. The

18
19

concept of this temple is based on the Israeli model of presenting their 2300 years of
holocaust history.
“Our objective includes resurrection of national icons that have motivated generations for
centuries. This is important because we feel that there are no national icons to look up to
for the youth today.” For example restoration of forts in MP and UP, encouragement of
local regional icons.
The caste system is the biggest enemy for the unity of all Hindus, which is the aim. Bharat
mata is the only single god and Chatrapti Shivaji being the idol. “We aim to bring all the
nation under the saffron flag and any person under the aegis of the flag must be known
only and only as Hindu. Destiny has chosen us to fulfill this noble cause.”
But it is not possible for the Brahmin influence to fade away so quickly. Is it possible that
we ask our members to give up their surnames and write Hindu instead? We have some
statistics of the social structure in ancient gurukul system: 70% belonged to what we call
scheduled caste while only 30% were Brahmins or Kshatriyas. Then how has this
confusion come to happen that in the entire nation that we oppressed the lower castes?
Caste system can never be eradicated. It is pointless to spend our energies there.
It is important to follow rules and regulations given in the ancient treaties rather than
making our own by laws. The aim for this meeting is to plant the seeds. It is important to
address this issue at the UNO, get this registered and form the government in exile. It is
suggested to take the issue step by step since it risks getting knotted between various
plans. It is not advisable to go further with more plans before implementing the first steps
in its direction. It is required that a team, core group stands today to take these
responsibilities. All the ‘contacts’ and sources are provided for in UN - a woman at Lodhi
road, secretary of South Asia. Registration is the priority: www.abhinavBharat.com
The website gives all the details for a Central Hindu Government and the National
Council.
Structure of Government: Central Hindu Government-President, Vice President with an
internal Special Branch and another External Intelligence, Honor Core Committee
comprising of 4-5 people based on religious principles and its decisions will be regarded
as a disciplinarian’s rule with 8 ministerial levels: Finance, Administration, Procurement
especially for exports, propaganda and indoctrinization includes people who will handle

19
the media, PR for political and administrative spheres, law and social service agency,
police should be in “our hands”, Ministry for Affairs shall head our political wing. For the
nation the minister might be a political leader but for the Central Hindu Government he is
merely a minister. “Minister for Outside Activities is a beautiful word” who is actually a
minister for outsourcing. Still to be added are Ministry for External Affairs and Law and
Judiciary.
A team in Nasik is working on this and 5 people are employed and paid for the work. They
are working on researching for alternative energy sources because this is the only way to
“facilitate reduction of oil supply by all these Muslim countries to us. This way they will
force us to amend our ways and we will become second threat to them. If we already do
not have the data for oil and the fluctuation in its prices then tomorrow our situation will
be like BJP’s. They have come into power but don’t know what to do. To come to power
should not be a drastic change but should be just easy. When we are ready and all we have
to do is take over.”
Just 4-5 people cannot make rules and regulations for governing. State representatives are
required. These propositions are only directions, a skeleton. People will only join once
these plans are announced, not before. If people join in with better proposals then an
audition can be made and also there is no problem to fire someone from the job and
replace him by a more able mind.
Political head will only be used as “our mouth piece, show piece” though we’ll fight
elections. Real work is to be done by Finance and Propaganda Committee. The decisions
to be taken by these 6 heads on a ration of 4:1 or 3:2 but not until the decision are binding
on them. Inspiration for this comes from the fall out of Raj Thackeray from Shiv Sena and
Shivaji’s administration of his fort. Powers should never be in the hands of a single man.
Financial head will over see fund raising, procurement and administrative aspects.
Political wing will have camp activities, physical training, cultural training activities etc.
Development of area around the camps through 56 schemes in order to have the entire
village under our control like a ‘co-operative movement or something like that’. ‘Men of
bodies’ and not ‘men of minds’ will undertake this work.
There is a Group in Karnataka doing very good work but in their own way. They are
associated with BJP and the Sangh Parivar; a Muthalik, former Bajrang Dal chief of

20
21

Karnataka. Due to differences with the group he was asked to leave and started his own
group, Hindu Rahstra Sena and Sri Rama Sena. But one question remains:
“Whatever your condition today, it is because you were a BD chief. Under the BJP rule
BD strengthened in the region and thereafter you were removed. Ram Vilas Pawar (sic)
now heads your organization and if he becomes strong then tomorrow when the next
generation takes over the same thing will be repeated. What alternative do you have for
this? If we do not think about these alternatives then same situations will be repeated.
So lets not wait for people to come, those who want to join us will come themselves.”
A new project requires young minds, which then need be molded. For example, if Uma
Bharti joins people will not see Abhinav Bharat but rather her. “We want fresh leadership
to make the country and organization ourselves.”
Four threats in the society need to be exposed: Political, Communist, Christian, Muslim.
“Till the time we do not oppose them as a threat they will not be united. The day Muslims
get united that will be our biggest victory.” Today there are regional differences amongst
Muslims like the CM there backs Maharashtrian Muslims etc. the plan is to begin striking
at them and let the Imam Bukhari stand up for the community. He has to say that I will not
tolerate injustices in Maharashtra, “Let them unite, start shouting together…we are
working for unification of Islam, Christians and Maoists against us.” Truth has to come
out as one.
Purohit: “Political threat is only for talk sake. I asked Praveenbhai [Togadia] that I would
make the action happen but will you come forward to claim it? Will BJP come forward?
He told me clearly that neither would come forward. This way people will have the feeling
that although they are not speaking up but it’s their doing. This way our political workers
will benefit. So I will form my political power to speak up that whatever has happened is
good. I will take in to consideration only political opinions because although I want
control over the people-I do not want to divide the Hindu vote. I want to declare that can I
not knock you down? There is no faith without fear in this country.”
It is important to keep the war underground and not claim responsibility initially and show
was if we are protecting them. Calling it a ‘Phantom Organization - like a ghost that
appeared from nowhere’. So why should the political wing come up when no one is
willing to take responsibility for it? Like within the Sangh in Bhopal - what can a single

21
person do? People had gone to kill the 40,000 Muslims there but nobody could do
anything. Through the Right to information act the government can be questioned for a
reason. The Muslims don’t follow the constitution-they follow only the Quran - then why
is the government supporting these anti social elements?
“At least we made a beginning by all the violence of destructing things.” The media staged
a black out including NDTV even when 50 lakh Jamaat Muslims assembled. But what
wrong did we do?
Also, there was a change in article 36 of the constitution (the money from the government
should straight go to the zila panchayat chief to avoid corruption) in 1989, which the
government has still not implemented even after 20 years. “This is an important, harming
point…since it is public sympathy that we can claim.” Officials eat all the money for
development.
Also it is important to see a progress report of the government representative through
amendments 73- 74.
Introduction of a ‘model unit’: in Kashmir the Muslim terrorist can do anything, in
Mizoram the Christian terrorists can do anything but is there any place where we can do
anything? Time to start finalizing this. “MP is a beautiful place for this.” Braj could be an
option which is over ruled for an open space of Gangaji. This region is inhabited by some
generations of people (“breed”) who’s forefathers had fought in the 1857 revolt. Even
today a large crime belt still exists there. It has many workshops making weapons - each
village would have some 10 licensed arms while 100-200 unlicensed. “Each village would
have a criminal gang and we could give them direction and inspire them towards devotion
for the nation. MP is the place for us. People are illiterate at the same time the kind we
want.”
Western UP is the place for direct action while MP is where the work and mission can be
developed since people are peace loving there.
A police wagon from Gujarat had gone to Gundanwar to catch hold of the criminals. An
S.P. from the team started firing at the Muslims. In this belt in the name of conflict we hit
many Muslims. Once when Uma Bharti had gone there a boy was killed while trying to
attack her. Apart from this we had also indulged in mass killing of the community - about
a 100 of them were killed. Even a Muslim gangster ran away from there. Gujarat and

22
23

Mumbai have most of these terrorists. This is actually the center for UP Muslims. They are
thrown out of UP and they find a shelter here. Azamgarh and western UP are part of this
belt. “The three spots of religious importance for us are the grounds of Sindhu which is not
with us anyway, Saraswati which is lost and dried up. The third being Gangaji which we
have. When this ground will rise, when you will awaken this land, it will become your
creation - I believe in this.” The work has to be conducted as per the situation; action will
be based upon this. The level of violence, what we call the level of work, will not be the
same in any two places. The reason for this is that we are handling all the powers and
opposition at the same time. Islam, Christian, Maoists, government, this is not our
constitution. Casteism is the biggest fight. “Apart from you and me everything is a
difficulty for us. When the enemy will weigh us, judge us to study us then he will make a
framework in his mind to figure out that Abhinav Bharat works in such and such manner.”
Different states will have different plans. MP itself has three different plans working.
Preparations are made for the work in the first 15 days of March through a program
announcing plans where our viewpoint can be given to the people. Today there are people
working for Hindutva thus it is not so necessary to convey the message. But still it is
important to give the people this “injection of indoctrinization”. Boosters should be given
from time to time. If the three articles are read then the injection is given automatically.
For purification, a code of conduct is very important. A chain has to tie the people. Words
of swami Vivekanand and Adi Shankracharya should be read out because Muslims are
very strong and have been tied to their chains through changing their boy parts, through
doing the namaz (prayers) five times, tying them with the Ramadan fasts. Hindus have
been given a lot of leeway. All this should be included in moral rules and ethics so it is
necessary to tie them in chains from the beginning itself. For this there will be a central
training team aiding the organization’s vision of purification.
Purohit: Panchmadhi is the ideal place for this-a little secluded so that the center is not
much exposed to the media. Purification should be implemented centrally because this is
the first step that will bind everyone together. Like Christians pray before their meal- this
might be a small thing but it ties everyone together.

23
First step: selection of an area, for example, Delhi- Aligarh, Mathura on banks of river
Yamuna, to form a center - say a religious center. A representative will enforce the
organizational designs on the inhabitants. Keep the designs guarded and limited to a few,
senior people in the organization. The ‘activation officer’ will be part of the few people
who know the design, will see to it that the moral and ethical codes are followed. So
eventually 15-30 or whatever number of centers created will be headed by a person from
the government. That person is responsible for the area. For one man to organize the
movement in this democracy is very difficult. These centers could be important since there
are 104 seats in Lok Sabha where Muslims or Christians have come up to first or second
number. Consequently if they occupy 104 seats then the scheme will not be able to
flourish in the near future. A survey could help to stop these 100 seats from going to
Muslims or Christians in the coming elections otherwise groups will have to do “yes boss”
to them. This is ground level planning. So apart from a gunman, the organization also
needs a ‘Chanakya man’, a man presenting the organization’s thought process, like the one
in MP taking care of all activities of the nature. Thus in the organization two kinds of
people are required for these different purposes.
Central Hindu Government should be registered in the UN for an announcement of the
same. Its registration would be based on the rationale of guarding traditions of the world’s
fourth largest religious group - the Hindus; that such a big religious population has no part
of earth exclusively for itself.
“See, India is not a Hindu Rashtra. It is a nation of amalgamation of various religions with
equal importance given to all. It is become secular. So what is so noteworthy about it.”
UNO has some rules and regulations that allow for the protection of essential traditions of
a nation; for this UN can be approached. What should follow from this should be the
formation of a united forum that announces the government. Until the announcement is
made no one will come forward to support it.
The Huriat conference was in fact the announcement of an independent government.
‘Huroor’ in Arabic means independence. They made their way through the UN. Yaseen
Malik internationalized the issue thereby gaining legitimacy for the cause. If we follow
this process then they will have to recognize the Hindu identity and the government.
Already at least 17 nations are giving support without a condition. A group of 4 or 5

24
25

people will be created just for the work of UN. Till the time “we do not pitch our tent no
one will listen because they are not bothered about Hinduism.” People think for their food
and family first. So for seriousness the UN is approached. It costs about 3- 3.5 lakh Indian
rupees.
Human psychology, the public needs benefits to believe in something. Thus long term
benefits include: government schemes of rural development, panchayati raj, PM’s fund but
all this money is being eaten up by corruption today. “Our every office bearer can pick up
one scheme each and can bring out the naked truths of the government.” For this public
support can be earned.
Open a security agency in any small or big city and have your men in uniform as guard
while actually those men are disguised as organization workers. This way there is a way to
hide the workers from government eyes, and earn money for the ongoing work as well.
Purohit: The Maharashtra Military School and another, there are two “and they do what I
ask them to which includes a security guard training program where they learn to fire guns
etc.” Second, Bhonsla Military School. “Whatever I have said today is in fact taken care
by the officers sitting there. The entire school is in my hands.”
Thus wherever there is a center of the organization, subsequently a security training
agency should also be opened which would be a good thing. Every state should have an
educational institute and a military school. In the name of a summer school or admiral
activities rifle training could begin.
To begin with, a training infrastructure is required. In India there is an organization called
Scout and Guide who provide training to men for minimum amount. They have training
grounds in MP, Karnataka, Maharashtra. In Maharashtra land has been bought from the
organization’s money for such training.
How would the reporting be done? Use of telephone lines, materials required in every
office, have all been figured out by the Abhinav Bharat Trust, in the guise “that we are
disaster management people.” In the name of disaster management we ask for monetary
and material support.
Few activities are taking place in Delhi:
1. Kashmir problem can be solved by the organization because close to 1024
Kashmiri Muslims have their establishments in Delhi including 5 start hotels, shops and

25
businesses big and small etc. On an average their sale per day in 1000 crore. The
Khalistan movement has died down in Delhi and it is in turn financing the local
Muslims and there is a very strong tie up between the Sikhs and the Muslims. Kashmiri
Muslims have their network spread in Delhi and Western UP. They hide from the police
while expanding their business.
2. Satellite towns outside Delhi including Jaipur have a growing Bangladeshi
population. There is a local Muslim unit which is frequented by Assam MP Anwar
Husain, which takes care of these Bangladeshi Muslims. These Muslims have a good
working system with local Muslims.
3. Cycle rikshaws: at least 70% of today’s rikshaw pullers are Bangladeshi Muslims
who have displaced poor Hindus coming from UP to Delhi.
Delhi is being prepared for disaster by these Bangladeshi, Kashmiri Muslims and their tie
up with locals. The blast in Punjab cinema hall was also facilitated by Muslims from MP.
Fruits and business of other daily products is now more and more in the hands of Muslims
even in Uttranchal. On addressing the urgency of this issue there was no response from the
Sangh parivar or the police. In Panchmadhi all the Hindu butchers were killed by these
Muslims. Solution for this could be floating an Abhinav Bharat registered marketing
system. All slaughter houses in the country will be shut down immediately.
“We will leave 1000 full time employees between Kanpur and Delhi who will have rifles,
motorcycles, their own mobiles roaming around like our own missionaries. Their salary
will be around rupees 4000 per month.
Apart from various programs under the Ministries, in the name of an operative program
NGOs could be “launched” as well. A point which defeats everything else is the presence
of foreign Christian missionaries and the hundreds of NGOs run by them like OXFAM,
Amnesty International, Action Aid, etc. “We should not take money from them because
for some reason or the other their money goes to the leftists. All the leftists and Socialists
have on purpose kept their organization small. This money then goes to our enemies-
Muslims and Christians.”
All the money is channeled through the Indian Social Institute established by Nehru in
1947 but which is actually a Christian missionary, an NGO. It is looked after by the
Catholic church with 200-250 employees working full time. “We are following their

26
27

activities for the last 6 months.” They decide who will be given the money and not. Even
the Tata Institute is associated with it.
“There is one way we can use their money. Our research shows that they received rupees
14,000 distributed through 651 churches, 1200 sponsors from which 800 sponsors’ money
has been distributed. I have their published documents showing this.” (RP Singh)
We should use a deceptive name-a completely English name and make it fancy. Sangh
activities should be stopped and even the holy flag’s name should not appear. Our motto
should be ‘save humans’. Show some photos of boats etc as proofs and don’t even let them
have the smallest hint of Hindutva. Use ‘save tiger, save environment, etc.’
A man by the name of Stephen Gahas from England is developing an organization which
is most anti communist and anti Islam. His unit is growing well in America. With the use
of this organization the truth can be exposed, which is: that most NGOs are from France,
Germany and Norway, America and Canada. While they are anti communist and anti Islam
their money is going precisely in this direction. There is a meeting about this in March in
Delhi with representatives of Stephen Gahas’s organization. They will also work with the
international forum of Abhinav Bharat because even their flag is saffron in color. This
could also be a good tie up for Israel and UNO and the money can be rotated with them.
Purohit: For this work of the NGOs our name for use should be different. In India there are
many ways to get different names written. “I have three different names in the army itself:
P B Srikant, Prasad, and Prasad Srikant.”
Abhinav Bharat is based upon politics. (...) The aim is to help humanity and Hindutva to
flourish. The article speaks of the responsibilities of the appointed ministers towards this
goal. Work should not happen on individual whims and fancies but in consonance with the
aims of the organization. The work given to the individual should be done and not what he
feels like doing.
R.P. Singh: The people already working with Abhinav Bharat at the lower levels should be
attached to the organization according to their power and capabilities in the organization.
This helps bind the organization together. Most importantly, it is as a matter of decision to
not say ill, at least publicly, about any other Hindu organization. Rather assessment of
their shortcomings will be done. We may have double citizenship: while continuing to
work for one’s own organization, people get involved with other Hindu groups which can

27
also assist Abhinav Bharat. This way a foundation will be created. In 5- 6 years if there is
any competition from any existing Hindu group, it would be solved. Till that time it is
important to get along with them. An article in Panchajanya made a mistake by
condemning Maoists in India and praising their role in Nepal. “I opposed it a lot and
protested about this to Tarunji. It is not for the editorial to write anything on behalf of the
organization. This is the leader’s responsibility. It is not for only Lingeshkumar or
Subhedar Singh to decide this.”
Purohit: When an organization gets ready with an ideology it is normally because of a
single person’s leadership but soon after the exit of that person those who do not even
have the same vision occupy that position of importance, which eventually leads to the
downfall of the organization. In today’s date this is the situation of the Sangh Parivar. “I
said this once, that the day Abhinav Bharat will become strong I will eat it up” In army
there are three steps which should also correspond to the growth of any organization:
Raising: together, all five of us are involved in raising Abhinav Bharat. Similarly the
Sangh and RSS were raised and mobilized. The third step of the army is to land the
operation on the ground. RSS was raised and mobilized but could not be landed on the
ground. Reason being the lack of leadership. Such a big Hindu organization, with so many
principled and valuable people but just because of leadership their car would not be able to
go further and this we were not able to see. They will have to take a beating. We do not
have so much time that first we get the men ready and then the men will get the
organization going. It is advisable to take men from there.
Rajeshwar: “Your organization is less than 40 I think. There are such people in the Sangh
who memorized a word, Dr. Hedgewar’s words: ‘from this body, in this life the goal has to
be achieved.’ Such people will be able to see God. Such people will come along with you
easily. But none of our men should say a bad word about the Sangh. We have so many of
our men in the Sangh that they cannot tolerate any ill towards it. But if we do something
good then they will immediately back us.” Sangh is like our mother organization. “It is not
an organization that has an emergency department.” Rules and aims for the year are
decided once and for the next six months they are modified.

Abhinav Bharat, like the Sangh will be a national organization since it is the society that
gives it importance. It cannot be ignored. Today Sangh has become such an important
organization that anything can be made possible by using its name. Sangh has become the
backbone (...) So this organization will be different from Sangh but a dialogue with it will
be maintained. Members of the Sangh can also work with Abhinav Bharat. In UP there are
many who are siting idle looking for work from the Sangh, they can be utilized as man
power. Mainpur is the main area. It is important to be clear in writing what kind of man
power, i.e. for what purposes, is required from the Sangh; a fighter or a worker? All kinds
are required: gangsters, able leaders etc.
Council formation: Prem Singh (70 yrs) is appointed Guardian of Abhinav Bharat. Other
names of people absent are proposed for the post of Councilor - Col. Shailesh Raikar,
Major Nitin Joshi, Col. Hasmukh Patel. For those present, each one of them is aware of
their duties vis-à-vis the organization.
“This is my promise to myself that this mission will be completed.” (Purohit)
“It is doubtful that you will get permission for the Ganga land in UP. You will not be able
to use people. You do not have so much power that everyone will be willing to help you.”
(Rajeshwar)
With god’s grace, enthusiasm and unity things will workout. First important step is to get
all the documentation in order to approach UNO. The foreign affairs person responsible
for this is not only a man for the organization but a person at the national level, for Bharat.

Conclusion of the meeting

Declaration of a council, distribution of responsibilities, estimation of funds required. By
the next day evening all these issues should have been sorted out. According to Indian
traditions an auspicious time should be chosen for the declaration of the council.
Registration takes 3 days. All the documents are ready including agreements with
supporting nations; they have consented without any conditions. After the registration
there will be no hesitation to approach people and they shall take the organization
seriously. This registration shall open doors of an international forum for the problems.

The second issue following from this shall be launching a satellite channel. Once an
internal government is passed by UN the World Bank gives some loans on certain
conditions. The channel would be a revolutionary step but it would take about 2- 3 years
for it to get popular like Ashtha and Sanskar channel.
Thirdly, implementation and action plan: once the organization gets registered in UN there
will be no need for its propaganda. The registration will speak for itself. The members
shall continue to meet from time to time but without a fixed schedule of meeting but as
and when required. This shall be kept a secret until final registration happens. The contact
to take this matter further in UN is Padamshri Yoshan Khajaria, chairman of Border Peace
Committee. For registration UN requires agreements of at least two nations but Abhinav
Bharat is supported by 7- 8 nations. World Bank will prove to be a backbone if the work
proceeds intelligently; half of the work can be taken care of through the bank. “This will
be a magical thing in all of India. For the Hindu world this is not an ordinary thing.”
(Sharma). The Indian essence is such, so many people have sacrificed their lives for the
nation-no one asks for them anymore. There are some breeds good for fighting and they
have to be rekindled especially since the British left. Barahmulla in Ajmer is prayed even
till today. “You will get more support than you expect” (Rajeshwar).
