Calendar / Timer calculation for job postings i.e. one job will remain open for 30 days --- We assume
that all job posted will be available for 30 days from posting . We will not do any customization in this
section.
Send Email notifications - when candidates apply for roles with CVs – OK
Can do all this on mobile - The site will be mobile friendly
Dashboard that can show how many jobs have been posted by an company, how many candidates
applied, how many shortlisted, rejected, etc… -- OK , will have basic feature of dashboard that are
available with the plugin.
Send mass email rejections if a job has been filled --- Share more details on the following point
Advertise on site for any career events or promotions -- Will it be a separate section for
advertisement ? Or every Employer / Recruitment consultant can have this feature ? Need to
discuss more on this point .
Monthly reports --- will have basic report as available with the plugin.

Great SEO -- We can integrate SEO Plugin but we will not do any ON Page or OFF Page SEO
Analytics reporting – No plugin provide this feature, So need to be create it in custom module - And
will be done on addon cost
Fixed pages (we can talk about that) - About Us, FAQ, Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy, Pricing,
How it works, Contact Us . If you need any other inner pages do let us know.
In future, Courses will be offered through website – OUT OF Scope
Companies can advertise with us for career/ Industry events
Can conduct surveys – There will be a fixed set of questions that web visitor need to reply and the
details for that will be stored at your database. This is an additional requirement .
