Dear Sir:

I am writing this letter to protest the recent decision the referee made about
that the team of Barangay Sangkal was forfeited to its game last April 7,
2019. We are not there to the game in a reason that I, the SK Chairman of
Barangay Sangkal and the referee had miscommunications to the schedule of
the game.

I truly think that there was no reason for us to be forfeited without giving a
fight from the said game. I am deeply seeking to you that my request may be
granted to have a match again to the team of Barangay Quiajo.

Please reconsider our protest and request and the effects it will have on the
team of Barangay Sangkal.
