REQUIREMENTS FOR SCBA MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership Form Cost Rs. 1000/- Only

(a) Membership Form and Admission fee Payable by Demand Draft

only in favour of “Supreme Court Bar Association.

Enclosures :

(b) Photocopy of LL.B Degree.

(c) Photocopy of Enrolment Certificate.

(d) Residence Proof (i.e Ration Card/ Election I.Card/ Passport/

Driving License/ Sale Deed/ Aadhar Card)

(e) Recommendation letters of Proposer & First Seconder, who have

signed over the Admission Form. ( not less than 10 years of
standing in SCBA)

(f) Signature nine other Seconders over the Admission Form. (not
less than 5 years of standing in SCBA)

(g) No Dues Certificate along with certificate of Character & conduct

of the concerned Bar Association of which the applicant is
member.

(h) Photocopy of All India Bar Examination Certificate issued by the

Bar Council of India. ( in case those applicants who passed out
LL.B Examination from 2010 onwards)

(i) Six passport size photographs.

(j) Affidavit at Rs.10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper describing that No

Criminal/contempt case is pending against the applicant any
court of law non involved in such case.

(k) Admission Fee <10 years- Rs.10,400/-

>10 years- Rs.12,900/-
Designated Senior Advocate Rs. 27,400/-

(For Senior Advocate Please enclose copy of notification of

Designation as Senior Advocate.)

(l) For Chamber Address allotment letter of concern court / authority

letter of chamber allottee must be attached along with admission
form.

(m) All documents must be Notarized.
