Responsible for joining formalities of new joiners.
Background Checks, Salary Negotiations.
Adroitness in maintaining the employee attendance in time management system
and generating the attendance report for the salary process.
Make necessary entries for new joiners, maintaining leave record.
Conducting Exit formalities like checking dues with the company, Reason for
leaving, eligible for rehire, attendance, overall satisfaction of the employment,
behavior with colleagues.
Monitoring daily Absenteeism and late coming and report to the Manager.
Handling Leave Management and Attendance Management.
Payroll
Handling Payroll, F& F settlement.
Tax Processing, TDS & other calculations.
e- Filing of all the form on or before deadline.
Maintaining Master date, Employee Data, Organizational Data, personal data
Time-Management, Bonus and Incentive Processing according to
employee group
Paid time over, yearly carry forward process in system.
BSI (Automation of Payroll files entry into the system) Mass Uploads of
bonus and incentives files with system automation
Business system integration
Technical Process for Admin Rights of Users into outlook, internal
applications and other system. Example Employee UserID creation.
