Overall Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment
 Manpower planning, recruitment from top to bottom level.
 Preparing the job description, scheduling & coordinating interviews, conducting
preliminary interviews, actively participating in salary Negotiation.
 Maintaining weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard & joining report.
Employee database management.
