INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses MACK HALE

D. BEAST of SPECIAL COMPLEX CRIME OF KIDNAPPING AND
SERIOUS ILLEGAL DETENTION WITH RAPE AND HOMICIDE
committed as follows:

“That on or about the 15th day of August 2018, more or less

10:00 o'clock in the late evening, in Forest Ridge Village, San
Isidro, Antipolo City, the above-named accused, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously kidnapped BELLE N.
BEAUTY, and illegally detained her at #77 Enchanted Mansion,
Antipolo City, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, and deprived her of her liberty for more than three (3)
days, against her will and consent.

That during the kidnapping, BELLE N. BEAUTY was raped

several times and was subsequently stabbed by the above-
named accused which caused her untimely death.”
