To assemble the draft given above, session will start with a fun introduction with a lot of
energy and questions to obtain audience attention. Questions can be asked randomly such as:
why do you think we’re here? Why are we having this huge software change? What can we do
to adapt this change rapidly? How can we work together to make sure everyone is on the same
page? All these questions will help them learn about the changes of software and why the
company has decided to upgrade. During the lesson content objective, all one can do is provide
fact and try clicking on icons to see how icons work and go over each icon to learn what it
does. Learning activities can be a game where we divide the audience into multiple groups and
