Explain:

This lesson was the after beginning of logarithm. For now yes they got the information and ideas and it is
far to say students understand the whole unit but for this lesson they are successfully able to rewrite the
given exponential form of equation as logarithmic form. And the students are successfully able to solve
the basic logarithmic equations.

Explain:

The teacher was questioning students especially beginning of the class open-ended question strategy was
used effectively and during the lesson students were busy to give them questions like writing on the board
or using worksheets. And while students were doing their worksheet paper with their peers he was
monitoring the groups and he was guiding some of cooperative groups.

Explain:

The teacher used the course book to demonstrate some of important questions and used some exercise
from the book for students individual work (he wrote some chosen questions from exercise in the course
book). During demonstration time and showing solutions of the questions to the students he used
effectively white board and colored marker pens.

Explain:

The students individually solved the questions and gave the answers at the beginning of the lesson. Then
after the teacher's arrangement for pair groups they start to do their work as a team and each team solved
the questions and gave the answers to the given questions.

Explain:

The students participate to the discussion at the beginning for open-ended questions and during the lesson
they were listening the teacher and their other friends. Also the students were taking and writing the notes
from discussion, the questions that teacher showed and if they did any important mistake they wrote some
notes on that questions. Some volunteer students were performing the solution of the given questions, that
are from individual work or worksheet for pair of students, on the white board.

Explain:

Students are encouraged by giving extra plus and especially for who got low marks in exams. And the
worksheets were prepared before. By walking around of the class and talking to students when it is
necessary were taken the attention of students.

OVERALL COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONS:

Two students were not concentrate on solving questions and teacher after telling what other students to
the he went near to these students. After talking to them he helped them to solve and he monitor them to
do some questions after one of them came to board as volunteer to solve the questions.

Overall, the class lesson was productive and mostly all students finished their assignments. There weren’t
too much distractions or chatter by the students. They all participated when the teacher questioned them,
and they were respectful.
