Constructing a Schedule

Purpose: In this assignment, you will be constructing a mock schedule for next year. An
advisor will help you create your schedule when you start, but you should go into those
meetings knowing your preferences.

Directions: Start by going to ccv.edu → Explore (tab) → Degrees, Certificates, and other
Programs. Then continue navigating to answer the questions below:

1. How many credits do you need to get your Associate's Degree?

a. At Least 60
2. Look at the “Programs”. If you were going to pursue a 2 year degree, what would be the
best fit for you? (Or closest fit to your interests)
a. Behavioral science

Find the ​Program & General Education Requirements for this degree.
3. Which required courses are you most excited about?
a. Substance abuse disorders
4. Which required courses are you nervous about?
a. Cultural arthropathy
