management team which includes Dr. R. Gerald Bailey. P.E former president Exxon, Arabian Gulf, is

Fortune Operating company has worked and is a registered operator in the states of Texas and New
Mexico. Present operations are in various counties within Texas and New Mexico. Present Operation sa
re in various counties within Texas and New Mexico wit the new development preparation in the states
of Louisiana and Mississippi. FOC has explored and or operated over 125 wells in Kentucky, New Mexico
and the US Golf Coast since 1994. Our Area of concentration of reserves and our significant acreage
positions allow us to realize a cost reduction in drilling and production.

This cost savings is further enhanced by serving as the operator on 100% of our proved reserves at year-
end 2009. Our control our expenses and allocate capital and timely field development.

Fortune owns a substantial amount of monthly oil production, oil and gas leases, leases with PUD
locations (proven Undeveloped) and/or offset drill sites, oil leases with vas reserves, equity capital and
other related assets.
