Microsoft Dynamics 365 & NAV

This course describes the techniques required to customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specialized
needs of businesses. This course teaches the basics of Microsoft's CRM solution, Dynamics 365 Customer
Engagement, which includes Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. The course describes each topic and how
each topic relates to the other topics to produce a full configured, effective solution.

Audience Profile
This training is intended for both novice and experienced users/customizers of Microsoft Dynamics 365 who are
familiar with the end-user principles of the software. No programming skills are required, but a basic
understanding of application principles will be an advantage.

80 GB Hard disk Space empty on C Drive for copying Virtual machines
Internet connection
Operating System:
Windows 10/Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 Standard or Datacenter with Hyper-V Enabled
