    This order is hereby issued notifying our valued clienteles and


    the public of the following schedule of fees:

    A. Acceptance fees:

    1. Heinous crimes and other grave P100,000.00


    offenses (i.e. murder, rape, drug-
    related offenses, homicide, etc.)
    2. Less grave offenses (i.e. estafa, P50,000.00
    theft, etc.)
    3. Light offenses (ie. slight physical P30,000.00
    injuries, malicious mischief, etc.)
    4. Land disputes including agrarian P50,000.00*
    cases, partition and settlement of
    estate
    5. Collection of sum of money, P50,000.00*
    damages, etc.
    6. Declaration of nullity of marriage, P50,000.00
    Annulment
    7. Legal separation, adoption P50,000.00

    8. Correction of entries both in P30,000.00


    LRA/LRC cases and special
    *In proceedings
    addition to the acceptance fee, 10% of the proceeds shall be
    assessed as winning fee.
    B. Appearance fees:

    Cases in Cauayan City courts P3,000.00


    All other cases within Isabela P3,500.00
    All other cases outside Isabela P5,000.00
    (minimum)
    C. Pleadings fees:
    Initiatory pleadings P5,000.00

    Responsive pleadings P5,000.00

    Motions (except MR) P3,000.00

    Motion for Reconsideration P10,000.00

    Memorandum and position papers P10,000.00


    D. Consultation fees: P250.00
    E. Notarial fees:

    Affidavits (ready-made) P50.00


    Affidavits (office-made) P100.00
    Deed of Conveyances 1% of the
    consideration
    or market
    value of the
    property
    Last Will and Testament P10,000.00
    Special Power of Attorney P100.00

    The office reserves the right to amend the following rates without
    prior notice.
