1. Must be at the Passenger Terminal for check-in at least two ( 2 ) hours before departure time. Carrier reserves the right to cancel the ticket and accommodation of any
passenger who fails to check-in thirty ( 30 ) minutes before scheduled departure and may issue the same accommodation to another person.
2. Must present valid ID at the check-in counter for verification. Acceptable ID's are government issued ID's and school ID's.
3. Discounted ticketed passengers must present the applicable ID otherwise, discount will be forfeited.
4. Pregnant or sick passengers are required to present a medical certificate issued within 5 days from departure date attesting to their fitness to travel by boat.
