Agenda:

1. Brigada Eskwela activities for the district is cancelled due to the kick-off ceremony at Palompon North District
which is to be participated in by all school heads of the municipality of Palompon.
- Canipaan ES will be representing the district validation for Brigada Eskwela.
- All school heads will be attending the Brigada Kick-off at Palompon North on May 20, 2019.
2. SBM division level validation has no fix schedule according to Sir Raul Salaño as division personnel validators
cannot accurately calculate the flow of their itinerary.
3. Pass a complete set of IPCRF of all school personnel from first page up to the summary for district file.
4. District Project BISITAHA (Bridging and Intensifying Supervision of Instruction and Technical Assistance to Hasten
Achievement
- Project BISITAHA will be done quarterly.
- baseline of Project BISITAHA during the first quarter of school year 2018-2019 will be the data of 4th
quarter of the previous school year
- Schools to be visited for the Project BISITAHA are always the bottom five (5) schools. Bottom-five-
schools are automatically those schools that got the lowest results of every previous grading period.
5. May 27-31, 2019 is the schedule of the District Evaluation
- Readiness of the classroom and readiness of the school are given priority during this evaluation
period
- Criteria for SST teachers is the same with regular teachers
- There will be other criteria for Kindergarten teachers.
- During the evaluation, there should be a school file of SBM, DRRM, Eco-friendly, Yes-O, Brigada
Eskwela and WASH reports.
6. Mrs. Rizalina Patalinghug is being tasked by Sir Melvin to monitor and keep record of every teacher who were
sent/will be sent to trainings and seminars.
7. Each school should submit to the district office their Brigada Eskwela Program of Activities before the actual
schedule of the Brigada – c/o Brigada Eskwela Coor.
8. The conduct of Phil-IRI training to teachers will be discussed during the incoming district meeting.
9. District Meeting will be on May 23, 2019 (Thursday) @ Tabunok Gymnasium
- Incharge of the district meeting is Area III teachers
- Prepare a contribution of 200.00 for the catering
10. Tentative schedule of District ICT Training by division personnel shall be during the 1st semester.
11. If ever there are typhoons hitting our locality, do not wait anymore instructions from Mr. Logro instead send
automatically a radar report
12. There will be an orientation/reorientation of RPMS Training for school heads and MTs probably on the last week
of May.
13. Schedule of District MEA will be on May 21 to be attended personally by respective school heads in each school.
14. Sir Melvin is suggesting a team building on May 24, 2019 @ Burauen, Leyte. Contribution is 300.000
