My company is International Trade Supply Limited located in Rotterdam, Holland; created
with the objective of coordinating exports of different types of cheeses to the South
American Market.
Our target market is Colombia because our only competitor in this zone is Alpina
products, then is possible increase our profits.
In other hand, we have a Broker in Colombia but is necessary open our own company in
order to have the control of our import processes and our total costs into that country.
For this actions we need to review our actual market study and change our business
strategy to improve our net sales. Other important points to consider are international
insurance and the wages that must be paid; because we must include them in the costing of
the ten products that we would use to penetrate that market initially.
