Sub! Organization of District Level Role play & Folk Dance Competition, 2018

Sir/ Madam,

In invihng a refer€nce to the subject cited above I am to inform that the District Level Roll play -
2018 will be held at Govt. High School LJditnagar Rourketa on12.tt,2ot8 at 1OAM & the Fotk Dance
Comp€tition-2ol8 will be organize at Govt. Girls'School. Sundargarh on 13.11.2019 at IOAM. The
following themes have been prescribed both the events.
1. Healthy Relationship among Adolescents.
2, Charms and Challenges of Adolescence.
3. HIV/AIDS" Stigmatization and Vulnerabiliv of Adolescents.
4. Cause and Impart of drug Abuse.

The competition has to be organized fol class-X students studying in Government Schooy KGBV
havjng class XX, Each team will be given 5 to I minutes. The number of role players in each situation can
be 04 to 05 only, The language for the Roll play will be Odia up to state level, but the team setected at
state levet to participate in regional /National levelwill perform in Hindior English Prize will be awarded
to the winner team in the following manner.
1* Prize Rs 2oo/- to each player
2d Prize tu 150/- to each player
3'd Prize Rs 1OO/- to each player
The expenditure towards TA for the participants and the guide teacher will be borne by the schcol fund.
The best team in each item (Role PIay & Folk Dance competition) will participate in the stale level
competition at Bhubaneswar scheduled to be held on 17.11.2018 & 18.11.2018 respectively.
You are therefore requested to send one selected team for the item mentioned against your
block & send the list of participants/Guide teacher by lou November to this office without fail.
