2 OBJECTIVE
To provide guidelines on the applicable rates fees and charges to be assessed and
collected on overstaying import cargoes which are subject to transfer to Designated
Ports pursuant to paragraph 9 of PPA Administrative Order No 02-2019
3 SCOPE
This Order shall cover all overstaying import cargoes at MICT and South Harbor which
are subject to transfer to Designated Ports
4 TRANSFER CHARGES
1 Pnor to the release of the overstaying import cargoes at the designated port, the
following charges which accrued while in the premises of MICT and South Harbor
shall be paid by the cargo owner, importer or consignee or their agents or brokers
at ATI-South Harbor/MICT-Billing Office

2 During transfer, transportretated charges (1e trucking and/or barging) which
are based on market rates shall be on the account of the Terminal Operator,
without prejudice to the night of the Terminal Operator to collect from the cargo
owner, Importer or consignee or their agents or brokers.
3 Related to the transfer of overstaying import cargoes, the consigneeimporter
shall settle the following charges at the Designated Port
