Waktu sekarang kata kerja ToBe, yaitu : kalimat yang terbentuk dari kata sifat
(adjective), kata benda (noun) dan lain-lain. Sedangkan macam-macam to be
antara lain : am, is, are, do, does.

( Waktu akan datang )
Waktu akan datang dari kata kerja tobe yang dibentuk dari kalimat
present tense of tobe (nominal), dimana kita harus memakai kata
kerja bantu shall/will. Maka tobe: am,is,are yang biasanya dipakai
dalam kalimat nominal harus kembali pada asal tobe.

a. To Be kita letakkan dimuka subject apabila kita hendak
membentuk kalimat tanya (interrogative).
b. Tambahan not (n’t) dibelakang To Be jika membentuk
kalimat menyangkal/menyanggah (negative).
