 Establish management systems for restaurants, including the development of procedures,
regulations and professional guidelines applied in the restaurant. Developing quality
standards for food, beverages, catering, hygiene, ... and supervising the implementation of
processes and organizations to improve those processes.

plans for restaurants, direct contracting with service partners, ensuring revenue and
