Tripathi Hospital Private Limited is a Company promoted by the DoctorsDr BK

Tripathi (Orthopedics Surgeon)and Dr. (Mrs) Nidhi Tripathi (Gynecologist) renowned
in Delhi NCR (Noida, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) The Company is presently operating a
Multi-specialty Hospital in name and style “TRIPATHI HOSPITAL” located at NH-
1A, sector-119, Noida and “Tripathi Clinic” atH No- 27, Sector 22, NOIDA.

Tripathi Hospital has been set up as acenter of medical excellence where technology
meets international norms and standard in fulfillment of our continuous commitment to
Quality human care. We have got what it takes to be a Pioneering Quality Health care
institute that is also one of the most sought after and “Patient Friendly Hospital”.

This is the only leading private hospital in Sector-119, planned with state of art medical
facilities with latest equipments. It has State-of-Art, International standard 3 Major
Operation Theatres with Hepa Filters and Laminar Flow to cater major surgeries
like Joint Surgeries, Spinal- Surgeries, Micro, Neuro, Pediatrics and Laparoscopic
Surgeries. The hospital has strong back support of State-of-Art ICU such as Neuro
ICU, Pediatrics ICU, Trauma ICU,Neonatal ICU with Ventilators, Defibrillator,
Pulse Oximetre, Monitor,and all other advanced health care facilities like

Background
M/s. Tripathi Hospital Pvt. Ltd. was promoted by Dr. Birendra Kumar Tripathi and his
wife Dr. (Mrs.) Nidhi Tripathi for providing medical/healthcare services in Delhi NCR
viz Noida. The Company was incorporated on 24.07.2012 with R.O.C. –Uttar Pradesh
with CIN U85110UP2001PTC026325. The Company set up a Clinic cum hospital at H
No- 27, Sector 22, NOIDA and was providing all types of medical services and health
care facilities like trauma orthopedics, joint replacement, spinal surgery, maternity,
gynecology and IVF etc., Subsequently the Honorable Supreme Court laid down
regulations for closure of commercial establishments operating in the residential plotsand
directed Noida Authority for allotment of Hospital plots under separate scheme.
Accordingly the Company closed the Hospital portion and is operating only a clinic from
the premises. The Company was allotted a plot by NOIDA authority under the Nursing

Home Plots Scheme (2012-13) in compliance of Supreme Court Order dated 04.05.2012.
The Company received building permission in May 2013 and embarked upon the project
to construct a 100 bed multi-specialty hospital.

HOSPITAL PROJECT DETAILS

The 100-bedded multi-specialty Hospital project of Tripathi Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (THPL) is
being implemented on a total plot area of 1006.20 sq.m. (1203.4 sq.yds). The land has
been leased to the Company by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority for a lease
period of 90 years for setting up a Nursing Home, as per the lease deed & allotment
letter. The site is located at Plot No. NH-1A, Sector-119, NOIDA, District- GautamBudh
Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It is a south-west facing plot located in an area surrounded by high-
rise group housing development properties. The site is approachable by a 24m wide road
and is adjacent to a park and a plot earmarked for parking.

Current Status of the Project
Originally the THPL facility was expected to achieve COD during FY 2015-16,
however till now hospital building is completely functional only till G+6. Hence THPL
has done a soft launch, where by some of the services are partially operational like
pharmacy, pathology, OPD, IPD, X-Ray facility, physiotherapy, ICU, NICU, OT etc.

 The total structure on completion will be G+10, where the shell work is complete for
structure from G+7 and above and requires the finishing works to be completed like
mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, flooring, plastering and painting.
The hospital has two bed lifts out of which only one is operational and other one is
already installed.
In terms of utilities most of them have been installed like DGs, Fire-fighting
equipment/ system, Hospital gas supply system line is complete till G+6 level and the
balance is under commissioning

The Hospital building construction work has been completed pending finishing works at
top 4 floors (semi private & deluxe rooms section). The building structural work has
been completed for all the 13 floors. The services of Chartered Engineer Ramesh
ChanderPuniani were obtained for assessment of value of completed civil works and
value of pending works. The Chartered Engr has provided estimates as below:

Marketing and Business Development

The Promoters and team is devoting energy and time in marketing the Tripathi Hospital
as premium service provider in healthcare sector. As part of the plan the Company is
working on a four prong strategy that includes:

I. Mapping Business from employees of Reputed/Ratna PSUs

II. Mapping business from employees/executives of Corporates/IT Companies
III. Mapping business from Central/State Govt employees under ECHS, CGHS, ESI
IV. Mapping business covered under Medical insurance

The Company has approached various reputed PSUs viz BHEL, NTPC, SAIL, Bharat
Petro, ONGCand Corporates/ IT Companies in Noida/Greater Noida for empanelment.
However the same is subject to receipt of NABH Compliance status, presently under
process and expected to be received within 2-3 months.
Besides this, the Company has applied for empanelment with ECHS and CGHS to obtain
coverage of medical treatment of State Govt. and Central Govt. employees at Tripathi
Hospital. Though the Company has completed the procedural requirements, the final
approval is subject to NABH compliance.
With regards to the Business under Medical Insurance Coverage the Company has ties up
with various reputed TPAs to maximize the insurance policy providers.

III. Budget
The Company has been approached by the Financial partners (Project lending) for
restructuring with additional term finance and rescheduling the tenor of existing loans.
The promoters are looking for partners for infusion of additional equity in the Company
to minimize the debt. The Promoters has vision to establish the Company into a
professionally managed entity in Healthcare sector with long term expansion plans. The
Company plans to finance the further expansion plans with equity infusion for benefiting
from high profit margins in the business avoiding the high interest costs. However the
investors may infuse fresh funds in hybrid model involving both debt and equity to be
derived on the basis of valuation and agreement amongst the parties concerned. The
investment infusion from the new equity participants would be deployed as bellows

gained valuable experience in orthopedics at well-known Hospitals viz MIOT, Madras

Noida. Presently he is acting as Managing Director of the Company involved in

Dr. (Mrs.) Nidhi Tripathi (MBBS, M.S.) – Aged 47 years, is a reputed medical
practitioner in Noida. She completed her MBBS and MS from Sawai Man Singh
University (Jaipur) and has 19 years of experience the field of Obstetrics, Gynaecology
and Infertility. She is the promoter director of the Company involved in management at
“Tripathi Hospital”
Mrs. ManjuLata Tripathi is non-working director of THPL. She has graduation and
