(Prohibition) Act, 1988, the Limitation Act and the Civil Procedure Code 1908.
 Alongside, I also assisted in partition and ownership related disputes of Property as well
as Consumer Dispute cases, Medical negligence cases and Maintenance cases.

M.P State Information Commission, Bhopal [June, 2018]

• Studied literatures on Right to Information and observed the functioning and working of
the commission which also included studying appeals, complaints and orders.

• Witnessed the process of case disposal at the commission.

National Green Tribunal, Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal [December, 2017]

 Extensive research was done on the cases involving Madhya Pradesh State Bio-diversity
Board.
 Worked on a project titled “Madhya Pradesh State Bio-diversity Board” and submitted
a report of the same to the commission. Witnessed the process of case disposal.

 Studied on the topics related to Human Rights and observed the functioning and

 Attended the commission’s court proceedings, studied complaints and orders.

Trial Advocacy Moot Court Competition (2017).
 Winner of the Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Intra-moot court competition
held in September 2017.
 Participated in the Jagran Lakecity University National Moot Court Competition.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I like to read novels, blogs, and anything on which I can lay my hands upon. I also like to play
football in my meantime.
