• supervisory characteristics: Instructor will lead training
after a series of interviews designed to gather information
about the learners. Instructor is an experienced teacher,
with knowledge and skills to guide newly hired teachers
in a training to use educational tools needed for the ca-
reer.
• Physical characteristics: Work stations will consist of 3
tables, 4 new teachers at each table, with 4 latptops at
each table for every teacher. The tables and chairs will
face towards projector screen for learners to clearly see
and hear follow PowerPoint Presentation and directions
during training.

with assistance from the instructor. They will also be able
to collaborate and share their experiences and abilities
with one another during the training.
