otherwise reduce the Software to human readable form. YOU MAY NOT
MODIFY, ADAPT, SELL, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, DISTRIBUTE, OR OTHERWISE ASSIGN
OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTIONS 1 AND
2 ABOVE AND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH.

NO WARRANTY: THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY

KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. XAVIUS SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT
THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AS TO THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY, AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL XAVIUS SOFTWARE, ITS
RETAILERS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS, EVEN IF XAVIUS
SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liabilty for
consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not
apply to you.

TERMS: This license is effective until terminated. This license

agreement will terminate if you fail to comply with any condition or
term of this Agreement. You may also terminate this license at any time.
Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the software and
accompanying documentation.

GOVERNMENT USERS: DoD users acquire "restricted rights" to this

Commercial Computer Software under Clause 252.227-7013(c)(1) of DFARS.
All other government users are licensed under the provisions of Clause
52.227-19(c)(2) of the FAR, or Clause 18-51.227-86(d) of the NASA

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: You agree and certify that neither the software,
documentation or technical data received by the software will be
exported outside the United States except as authorized and permitted by

information on the user or computer is collected.
This agreement is to be governed by, construed and enforced according to
the laws of the state of Maryland, United States of America.
