Careers360's 'The QnA Paathshala' Program is a unique platform for budding

professionals to help aspirants through their journey of getting into a good college, helping
in cracking their exams and giving them the right direction to their career. If you wish, you
had 'somebody' to guide you during your preparation for your JEE/NEET/CAT/CLAT or
other entrance exams, colleges confusions, and admission processes, etc., here's your
chance to be that ‘Guide or we call it "Sahayak" to a lot of aspiring students and also, get
rewarded for it. If you are a socially responsible citizen and feel that you can help
someone build their career, then you should be a part of this program.

The QnA Paathshala Internship will be divided into 6 Levels and it is compulsory to clear
each and every level:

Stipend:

The Stipend will be given after the completion of the first 3 Levels in our Payment Cycle
(Calendar Month), for example, if your level 3 ends before the 7th of a month, then you will
get the stipend in the second week of the same month and if your Level 3 ends after end
of a calendar Month (after 7th), then the stipend will be transferred in the next cycle of the
Payments (Second week of next month) as The Payments are done as per our company's
schedule. However, this can be changed by time and convenience.
To Clarify further, let's take an example of these situations:

X joins Internship on 5th March and his level ends on 5th April then his stipend will
be given in the second week of April.
Y joins the internship on 25th March and his level ends on 25th April, he will get the
stipend in the second week of May.
Z joined the internship on 1st March and his level ends on 31st March then his
stipend will be given in the Second week of April.

Referrals:An intern can refer his/her friends for this internship. For each intern who is
referred and completes at least 3 levels, the referer will get 100 Rupees. If your friend has
referred you for this internship then ask him for his Referral code.

The stipend will be based on the number of queries you answer multiplied by your
rating of answers. Your answers will be rated by our own team out of 10 Points and
the parameter of the rating will be:

1. Character Limit: Minimum 250 characters should be there in an answer (excluding

greetings). if you feel the answer needs more details, go for it, you might grab extra rating.
2. Answers on unanswered queries: You are not allowed to answer on an already
answered query until and unless there is a wrong or incomplete answer on it, but minimum
80% answers should be on unanswered queries and going below 80% will have negative
rating.
3. The accuracy of answers: The answers should be accurate, the information provided
should be authentic and updated.
4. Answers shall not be copied from any source, you are expected to grab the and write in
your own words. Direct copy paste of answers or links is prohibited and even you cannot
copy paste your own answers and spam.
5. Justification of the answer: Answer should be justified by providing relevant/asked
information. Anything rather than required information (irrelevant) will not be allowed.
6. Consistency: Consistency of your work will also be appreciated, those answering daily
will have a slightly better rating at the end.

For Example: 195 of first three levels answered with average rating of 7.5 will have
7.5*195= 1462.5 Rupees.

Other Points to Note:

1. Failing to clear any level will be termination of the program.

2. You can answer more queries on a level and those answers will be paid and counted at
the same level. For example, if you answer 70 answers in the first level, you will be paid
for all 70 and in the next level you have to answer as required (60 answers), no answers of
a level will be carried forward to the next level's target.
3. You are duly accepting the offer after sending us a WhatsApp text, any inconsistency or
unprofessional behaviour will not be tolerated and the intern will be reported.
4. Any inter with below 5 Rating will not be eligible for the next level and will be terminated
immediately.
5. No certificate will be given before LEVEL 6 is cleared.
6. This is the official offer letter and you will get an another letter from after you
successfully complete Level 1.
7. Stipend will be given to those who will complete 3 levels minimum and then 6 levels. No
stipend will be given if less than 3 levels are cleared and if more than 3 are cleared, then
stipend till 3rd Level will be given, for stipend of level 4 and 5, level 6 has to be cleared.
8. This program is of 61 days of total duration which cannot be altered, After successful
completion, we might give you an opportunity to work as an expert on the platform.
