TORRES DEL PAINE

HARD W TREK / 8 DAYS

1 · Puerto Natales - P.N.T.P.
At 6:30 AM, we will pick you up at your lodging in Puerto Natales.
Our transfer takes us to the Laguna Amarga area of Torres del
Paine where we start our day hiking with excellent picture taking
opportunities of guanacos, grey foxes, and pumas in the Wild Life
hike (7km, 3 hours).

After this relaxing hike, we will drive to the trailhead for Base of
the Towers. The trail will follow the Ascencio River valley uphill
for 3.5 hour before we stop to set up camp at the Torres camp.
Before dark, we’ll ascend a huge terminal moraine for one hour
to a look out of the three famous granite towers. We will descent
the same path back to base camp. DAY 1

walking; 17KM; ascent of 900 mts

the Japanese camp, 1.5 hours. From here, we go uphill to a
terminal moraine, using the climber’s stones that mark the trail
to a viewpoint of Escudo and Fortaleza walls in the distance.
Finally, we will arrive at the end of the moraine to another great

granites walls. We will go back on the same trail to our base camp

next couple nights.

in the climber’s camp, with stars twinkling above and the breeze
floating through the trees.

the boots to air out.
