INTRODUÇÃO
Prezados alunos,
As ideias aqui expostas, como não poderiam deixar de ser, não são neutras, afinal,
opiniões e bases intelectuais fundamentam o trabalho dos diversos institutos
educacionais, mas deixamos claro que não há intenção de fazer apologia a esta ou
aquela vertente, estamos cientes e primamos pelo conhecimento científico, testado e
provado pelos pesquisadores.
Não obstante, o curso tenha objetivos claros, positivos e específicos, nos colocamos
abertos para críticas e para opiniões, pois temos consciência que nada está pronto e
acabado e com certeza críticas e opiniões só irão acrescentar e melhorar nosso trabalho.
4. MODELOS TERAPEUTICOS
Modelo sistêmico
4) Intervenção.
Durante essa etapa do processo terapêutico acontece o que, em minha opinião,
é a principal técnica da abordagem estratégica breve, que é a designação de uma tarefa,
contendo instruções paradoxais para promover tal mudança. É exatamente nesse
momento que se percebe nitidamente os resultados da atuação do terapeuta em ação.
1) reunião preparatória;
2) entrevista;
3) intervenção sistêmica e
4) reunião pós-entrevista.
