Company is a Corporation based out of USA engaged in the business of Software Consulting and

IT Staffing;

Consultant is any individual who is a current employee of Company or will become an employee
of the Company upon a Placement through Provider services.

Vendor/ Client is any organization which the Provider will introduce the Company and their
Consultants to for potential placement.

Provider (Delivery partner/Delivery Center) desires to assist Company with US IT Consultant


Bench Marketing, CPT/ OPT Hiring/ Recruitment, H1B/ GC Filings and Transfers; and Company
desires to seek services on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;

Provider (Delivery partner/Delivery Center) agrees to provide US Bench Sales Recruiters, CPT/
OPT Hiring/ Recruitment, H1B/ GC Filings and Transfers for the Company.

The Recruiter needs to represent themselves as a full time recruiter of the Company and perform
all responsibilities of a full life cycle Recruitment such as receiving the requirement, sourcing, e-
mailing, cold-calling, phone screening, submission, paperwork, weekly reports etc...

Exhibit A – One time Payout Structure (Lead Generation-OPT )

Each successful consultant lead will be paid $400($100 +$300).

Provider (Delivery partner/Delivery Center) will Invoice $100 for every successful lead and
Company agrees to pay for each converted lead. Invoice will be sent after a OPT Consultant has
been On-Boarded (Added to Hot-List for Marketing). Company agrees to remit payment within
30 days of receipt of Invoice.

Provider (Delivery partner/Delivery Center) will Invoice an additional $300 once the Consultant
has been Placed and Company agrees to pay Provider on Placement and to remit payment within
30 days of receipt of Invoice.

PAYMENT AND INVOICING - MONTHLY

Provider(delivery partner) will Invoice Monthly for Placements and Company agrees to pay
Provider (delivery partner) on a Recurring basis for each Placement as laid out in Exhibit A for
the entire Project Duration. Invoice will be sent after Consultant completes 160 billable hours.
Company agrees to remit payment within 30 days of receipt of Invoice.

OPT Recruiter - JD (Talent Acquisition)

Looking for an aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
Experience working with OPT, H1B, EAD resources.
Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring with Technology depth Capable of getting
students for any technology training Maintaining database of OPT candidates
Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for online
training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.
Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and
referrals.
Maintaining active database of OPT candidates. Should have some understanding about the hot IT
skills in the market. Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job
portals, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-board at the client place.
Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals,
networking and other strategies.
Should possess Good communication and convincing skills.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work
environment.
Must be well-versed with immigration process

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge on various job portals

 Role: Bench Sales Executive (US IT Staffing): (Bench Sales / Bench Marketing /
Opt Sales / Opt Marketing / Opt Recruiter / H1b sales / H1b Marketing) - 2 to 5 years of
experience with US Staffing services industry, specifically with regard to placement
of bench resources
 Educational Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate

Responsibilities

 Quickly and profitably clear the company's technical / software development / project
management / business analysis resource bench with noteworthy primary vendors and
direct clients.
 Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating
with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
 Must have excellent networking and communication skills to be able to sell individual
resources and bench strength as a whole; continuously source candidates through
searches and job postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, In-house database and
personal network.
 Should have a strong understanding of US geography, US tax terms, US visa types (and
their corresponding application process, validity, limitations, etc.), market rates for
various technical skill sets, viability of selling certain skill sets in certain domains, etc.
 Must have excellent negotiation skills, both to ensure that the cost of resources added
to bench are manageable and that the company gets best possible rate from its customers
(existing and new) for its resources.
 Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals
